O Brasil vai ganhar uma nova operadora de internet móvel até o final do ano: trata-se da DroppNET Telecom, uma empresa que planeja focar no público jovem. A operadora virtual, que venderá somente planos ilimitados, aposta planos mais baratos que as dos concorrentes.
De acordo com pesquisas, a ideia é que haja uma tarifa uso de internet, independente do local ou de longa distância. O consumo de franquia de dados será ilimitado durante 31 dias após assinatura, disponível no momento apenas para Android e Desktops. Os preços serão, em 80% dos casos, menores que nas outras operadoras, segundo o criador da DroppNET, José Airton dos Santos Junior, que foi o co-fundador da antiga Nizzi Corporation Inc.

Por ser uma operadora virtual, a DroppNET não terá infraestrutura própria de antenas. Ela fechou um contrato com a Iranet, que por sua vez aluga a rede da TIM e VIVO ou seja, a cobertura deverá ser a mesma da operadora de celular do correios. As tarifas deverão ser mais baratas porque a DroppNET terá um custo operacional mais baixo que as grandes operadoras.
E como a operadora planeja conquistar novos clientes? A empresa terá divulgadores (os “droppers”) que ganharão R$ 5 por usuário que convidar para fazer parte da operadora.
É uma estratégia arriscada porque, se não for bem pensado, esse “marketing multinível” pode se transformar num esquema de pirâmide financeira caso a fonte de renda principal da empresa seja de indicações e não dos produtos. A DroppNET espera gerar receita média mensal de R$ 20-35 por usuário, bem acima das grandes operadoras, como Vivo (R$ 18), TIM e Oi (R$ 17) e Claro (R$ 14).
