Headcanon: After Ash defeats Leon and becomes the World Champion, Raihan interrupts the awards ceremony out of nowhere. Then, in front of the entire world, he takes Ash's hand, kneels down, and proposes to him.

But there is a twist. Ash gets down from the podium, kneels down too, and produces his own ring to propose to Raihan.

Turns out, both were planning to propose to one another should Ash win. Still, the entire stadium goes apeshit, as our favourite couple tearfully accept each other's proposal and kisses in front of the world.

What would be even funnier if both of them were going to propose to each other but they’ve been legit trying for so long but things kept getting in the way. Even more so if Ash had already came across Raihan’s ring for him in the man’s sock drawer.

So Ash being Ash, he immediately pockets a uno reverse card along with his ring to Raihan so when his bf does successfully get down on one knee he could whip it out incase the situation is kind of tense or there’s to much anticipation. Kinda like a cheat card or something to just make everything funny before he could get down on one knee and do the same.

He’s so glad he did grab that card because the whole stadium, the whole damn world really, watched as Ash cackle before pulling out the uno reverse before getting down on one knee and pulling out his own box that he apparently had in his pocket for the whole fucking time he’s been in the stadium. The crowd goes nuts and Raihan looks like his soul left his body for a hot moment but seems he’s laughing and pulling Ash into a hug while their still on the floor.
