can't believe it took me this long to realize i could lean into this problem for naomi, considering i came up with the limb regen thing in like, june

#oc stuff#my brain genius powerset for my wallcrawler is me accidentally combining spider-man with the lizard#geckonyx aka naomi#actually most of what i did today was refining TJ's explosive powers and realizing he's incredibly dangerous#peak ''haha just a funny guy [five minutes later] it has come to my attention that this funny guy can level a building''#anyway naomi is much less offensive (as in offensive combat) and more stealth focused lol#she may be a wallcrawler but her similarities to spidey are few#scratchverse#arghwrites#close enough#technically probably counts as worldbuilding or smth which i've been doing a lot of this week#last night was reading about metamaterials and carbon nanotubes#also Naomi's gecko powers are mostly just this (sticking and limb regen)—i did see about a gecko that shoots stuff out of its tail#and it's like. i'm not doing that. i Can't do that. that would literally just be spider-man. so i'm not.
