#well it's a condo but eh. 2 bed 2 bath so that's the most important thing#my offer was 235k but it still has to be appraised#my mom says she thinks it will only appraise for 225k but i can pay the extra 10k out of pocket if need be#that would be like all my savings though so RIP#personal
