youre an amazing writer, as everyone knows, but what are your fanfic reading habits? like how do you pick fics, what turns you off of them, what's your fav thing to read (angst/fluff/smut/etc)

as stated in a previous ask, the only things i won’t read are vh*pe, jih*pe, y**nseok. (only blanking them out so they don’t bother people in the tags!) unless it’s vminh*pe or y**nminseok, idk why lol. i can read those ot3s but not the otps that make them up. 

so let’s say hypothetically i wanna read fic, these are the ships i start with: jinmin , taejin , jinkook , minjoon

if i can’t find anything i like there , i go on to : vmon , namkook , namseok , junghope , vmin , sugamon

if i somehow am still struggling (it happens) , i move on to : 2seok , jikook , yoonmin , taegi

i’ll only read if i come across it in a rec post or a friend sends it to me : taek**k , sugakookie , yoonjin 

needs to have literally the best concept of all time and a perfectly written jin, and only then will i read it : n*mjin 

okay so what am i looking for in a fic [thinking emoji] (this will be LONG)

5k-20k usually, but sometimes im in the mood for long fic so up to 60-80k. i have never and probably will never read anything over 80k

always explicit / mature - and i’m talking mature for sexual content, not themes. i don’t read T and under, get that weak shit outta my face.

i like really unique takes on common concepts , or really well-written common concepts. 

i like light to semi-heavy d*m/s*b (god this is getting really hard to stay out of all these goddamn tags), because i like power dynamics (which is another reason i dig ABO)
