I have so many fucking scabs/scars from this week alone of picking 😬 no wonder I've been in a fibro flare...
#my poor legs 😠and armpits... and pelvis... and eyebrows#im gonna be bald again agdgdgdgdgd i had like 1.5 eyebrows jr year and it was embarrassing as fuck man dgdggdgd but#i cannot stop myself from picking... thats what the hemophobia post the other day was ab aggdgdgd i dug a hole#and it turned out there wasnt even a hair there... it was just that deep that it looked like it... twas blood#what's funny is my stress is like constantly so bad that my body hair is going white 😠which makes me pick more bc its funny#my body will be old lady gray hair before my head... im okay with that honestly#i try putting lotion on my legs/arms to try to keep myself from picking and to heal but my brain just waits it out to dry#i dont like the feeling of picking w lotion on but... i gotta pluck...#trichotillomania#trich#marquilla
