Out to coffee and who do we have the pleasure of running into…none other than @samheughan !

What a cool guy, seriously.

Even though he just ran the London Marathon the day prior 👏🏼 🏅he was so kind to stop and chat with us.

From @outlander_starz, to many movies/tv shows/books (and soon cocktail book), adventures with @grahammctavish on Men in Kilts, his work with fitness and the @mypeakchallenge and of course the creation of @sassenachspirits the best scotch whiskey I’ve ever had…it was such an honor to say hello!

Can’t wait to see what comes next, Sam!

Co-founder and Co-Owner of @brawstore_official John Valbonesi @valbo00 and Creative Director Richard Rankin @rikrankin stand side-by-side during a stood in front Boxes of BRAW Explorer Bags, doing a proper founders shoot with the Founder Tommy Young (TommyYoung83) also Tommy is the Owner - @everydayathletegym /@thermal_gla.

Richard Rankin @rikrankin known for his role in Outlander, (maybe that was the idea) 💡 is involved with Braw, a Scottish travel gear company. The company, which operates under the name @brawstore_official (Valbo) on social media, has collaborated with Rankin to launch their Explorer Bag, a carry-on bag designed to maximize space and minimize baggage fees.

It seems competition started within the fitness business, from the internal MPC’s forces. MPC‘s fans will save money to get one Brawn 🎒 Or they'll say Valbo also Program Director of @mypeakchallenge, has copied SH's backpack business like GMcT is with whisky 🥃 💁‍♀️

If Valbo no longer needs it?

He will always have another option! 🎒 the best part is Made in Scotland 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿

The rucksack is designed to maximise space and avoid oversized baggage fees designed to meet the dimensions of popular airlines like Ryanair and Easyjet, helping to avoid extra baggage fees its practicality for travelers.

Listening to yourself takes an immense amount of courage. We don't talk about this enough. The world is so loud. It'll tell you exactly how to be, how to look, how to exist, how to work, how to be good, how to be bad, how to do anything and everything.

What it won't do is encourage you to listen to whatever feels right and true and light and warm within you. It's the hardest thing, to find a slice of solitude quiet enough for you to hear your own needs, wants, desires, thoughts. It takes so much bravery and self-trust to follow what feels true instead of what you "should" do. It's brave to grow when the world seems to want you to conform. It's brave to do what feels right to you when it seems like everyone else is going in the opposite direction. It's rebellion. It's going against the tide, the status quo. And I want to commend you for doing it. Because it's hard.

Sometimes it's lonely. But most of all, it's intensely rewarding.

È coraggioso fare ciò che ti sembra giusto quando sembra che tutti gli altri vadano nella direzione opposta. È ribellione. Sta andando contro corrente, lo status quo. E voglio elogiarti per averlo fatto. Perché è difficile.

A volte ci si sente soli. Ma soprattutto, è intensamente gratificante.
