I think it works.
I took all my other my scene dolls off display because I'm running out of space and they were the dolls I interacted with the least.
I couldn't stand to move this Madison though. She's too pretty and I spent too much time restoring her hair to shove her in a storage bin.

After hearing the news about Mattel releasing My Scene collectors dolls in 2024 I was reminded that I had been meaning to pick one of the originals up to add to my collection. After looking around for a while I finally found one that I really love, the Madison doll from the My Scene first wave - I love this dolls gorgeous copper curls (a little frizzy after 20 plus years but still awesome), blue eyeshadow and overdrawn lips which are so very y2k:
