My June #artjournal is blossoming! This entry includes images from #greekmythology including the Mythic Tarot, Edith Hamilton’s classic book “Mythology” and a stock photo of a pomegranate. . The topic is Hades’ abduction of Persephone to the Underworld. Working title: “But He Said He Loved Me” . . Material & methods used: collage using old books, laser copies, image transfer w/gel medium, construction paper, black acrylic gesso, stencil w/ metallic acrylic paint, Mod Podge (gloss) . . I’m thrilled to be doing this kind of journaling. It is giving me such an energetic boost. Thanks to @kristalnorton for her work and inspiration.
