Em um sentido subjetivo, é o símbolo da crença e sensação de que no final tudo dará certo em nossas jornadas pessoais. Mas a esperança também é capaz de nos cegar, quando nos fixamos em algo somente porque parece atraente e luminoso, desconsiderando se o objeto de encanto é real ou factível e ignorando todo o conjunto de desafios e problemas que esta atitude nos traz. Como no mito de Pandora, dentro da mesma caixa onde há coisas que nos prendem a uma esperança, podem existir mazelas que não percebemos. Dito isso, a estrela guia, quando na forma de um objetivo, desejo ou ideal que nos orienta, muitas vezes é o que é capaz de nos manter de pé em períodos difíceis de nossas vidas, pois representa nossa vontade de continuar vivendo e um senso de que nossas vidas têm um significado guiado por algo maior. Today while cleaning my storage room I opened a box of witchy items from high school and found this deck wrapped in a cloth near the bottom. I have never seen it before in my life but the fact that it’s the Mythic Tarot that also features Hellenic themed imagery is intriguing to me. The Theoi are definitely up to something. 👀

Wow so nice to use the mythic deck again it has been over 20 years since I owned and used this deck but is all flashing back to me as I re explore my journey with this tarot deck. I lost my original mythic deck in a house fire about 20 years again , sadly if I was still blessed with this deck it is now worth quite a bit of money to purchase the ordinal cards and magical book that came with it .. This was the third deck I was lucky enough to explore during my tarot journey. Was and is still a great deck to study and learn as it incorporates stories of the Greek god’s and goddess.. I’ve opted to purchase the app for this one and is definitely worth it .. The topic is Hades’ abduction of Persephone to the Underworld. Working title: “But He Said He Loved Me” . . To claim his royal birthright of rulership, Jason must return the Golden Fleece to its proper place - Zeus' sanctuary in Iolkos. On the way to realizing our highest potential, we often encounter moments of struggle that threaten to stop us dead in our tracks. A symbol of strength, the dragon alludes to conflicts between our creative powers and the earthly realities that bind those powers. Some of these realities are frightening to confront, but nothing worth having is gotten easily. In the TEN OF PENTACLES, we see Daedalus – the carpenter who built the Labyrinth to hide the illicit passion of King Minos' wife, Pasiphae and her bull-lover. In the Ten of Pentacles, we see Daedalus enjoying riches earned over a lifetime of hard work, which he can now he can pass down to his family. The Ten of Pentacles speaks to material comfort and inheritances. It describes times when there is plenty of everything to go around, and no one wants for anything. Together, these cards suggest that the “dragon” to slay is the inertia of material security. We are experiencing difficulty seeing projects through to the end because there is no impending threat of poverty. But, should money be the primary motive to get anything done, or is is better to seek motivation that stems from a different source? I usually don’t get this kind of clear readings from the Mythic Tarot and also it was a new edition from the 80s that I found from a store in Israel via eBay. So I almost never use it. Anyway, when I got it it was like one of those decks whose individual cards work wonderfully and are crystal clear, but once you lay them out together you have a hard time finding the connecting thread. But this was spot on, I guess it was just a matter of time and the deck getting used to my energy. Still, this deck will be by no means a workhorse.
