“What the fuck? Show me your teeth again.”

Mytho groaned, closing his mouth and fluttering his wings in annoyance.

“No, you’ve been staring at them for the past hour.”

“But they’re fuckin’ wild, Mytho, how many teeth do you even have?” Horror asked, morbid curiosity on his face.

“I dunno. Never bothered to count before. Why’re you so interested?”

“Because.”

Mytho glanced at him, raising a brow.

“… Just because?”

“… Yes?”

Mytho groaned again, before opening his mouth. Horror leaned in closer, cupping the sides of his face and tilting his head up.

It almost seemed like someone had tried to cram as many needles into Mytho’s jaw as they could and then called them teeth. Gently tilting his head up further, Horror discovered another set of teeth behind the first, and his eyes widened in shock.

“Mytho, you have four rows of teeth.”

“… Yeah, and?”

“Should I even ask what you two are doing?”

Mytho stepped away from Horror, closing his mouth and glancing back at Dust.

“No.”

“Mytho has four rows of teeth, Dust come look at this shit.”

“If you come anywhere near me I’ll bite your hand off.”

Dust glanced between the two of them, and then, without saying a word, walked back out of the room.

“Why is me having two sets of teeth so interesting to you?”

“It’s cool as shit, Mytho.”

“Whatever.” Mytho scoffed and turned away. Horror grinned and stepped forward again, cupping Mytho’s face and turning him back to meet his gaze.

“It’s cool. You’re cool.” Horror assured him, pulling him down to rest their foreheads together. Despite Mytho’s scoffs, he couldn’t help his smile.
