I don’t come across them a lot either, which is sad - they definitely weren’t underrated during Karen’s life, but I feel like they haven’t passed on to the next generations as much as other bands have (I have dozens of friends with dorm rooms plastered in posters of The Beatles, for example, and even the people who don't like the Beatles, or Queen, or Elton John, have at least heard of them).  I’ve been listening to The Carpenters for most of my life, even though my parents weren’t even married yet when Karen passed away (I’m 22).  My dad had this little cassette tape he’d play when we were playing games in our basement, or while we were in the car. (And he loves pointing out that my mom and her brother are named Karen and Richard!)  So I decided after coming across a picture of Karen on my main blog’s dash that I needed to run a Karen/The Carpenters blog.  So glad you are liking it! :)  We can totally be friends.

Not that anyone cares but I found another band I like, lol. It’s Greta Van Fleet. Besides their sound, I was immediately attracted to Danny, because, well, look at him:

I mean, COME ON. Anyway, I figured out that he GOLFS??? And me being a stereotypical bisexual woman myself, you had me at sports. Oh boy. Now let me be clear, even though I love sports, I lowkey don’t know shit about golf. This still has me excited though (just like when I figured out that Thomas Gibson golfs, haha)

In today’s episode of How Did I Not Know I Was Bi, I just remembered when I watched Mamma Mia for the first time (which was right around when it came out). There were so many scenes where I was completely glued to a specific character (or two) in a scene. Two examples that I find hilarious are seeing something in both Sophie and Sky (lol) and the Does Your Mother Know scene making me feel things. What the actual fuck was going on in my 9 year old brain 😂😂😂
