I'm tempted to start taking a Bayer or two for the cold. If Don wants me to keep writing each day like this amongst freezing my ears and tail off in this Godforsaken attic space if you will, cause that's really what it is. Sure we got a roof over our heads, but doesn't matter when there's no heating up here, and all the foot traffic by construction on the soon-to-start antenna on the top of the McAlpin. It'd be nice to replace that Aerial we've been using since last year then. Flamm is confident we are days away from the okeh from the DOC, so he's already getting contracting in order. The door's been open so much that that Russel's coffee has turned to Ice. Serves him right for turning the entire building into an antenna.

We wound up the phonograph for a couple plays today for DXers. Played something by Carl Fenton which someone in Yorkville picked up in "great clarity" they said when they called in. We tried to play some Jazz like Ralph Williams, but we haven't worked out how to get around distortion yet. I wonder if Eugene will play any of that when we get up and running officially? Speaking of him, me and Dickson got into conversating with him on our way up this morning. We may be getting that string player Arthur Baecht who plays in the evening over WNYC, to join his band when we actually get our callsign. Now That would be something worth hearing! If that's the type of thing we should expect to hear and people we meet, then maybe I'll stay on our 50 days are over. Let's just Stabilize for now.

I have so many things I want to say but can’t find the words for right now. But ccs I can give time to process and digest the information they are given but at some point they have to address the major talk about consent in some form. Especially since so many of their peers are unaware of and devalue its meaning and importance.

Consent is given clearly, enthusiastically and with sound mind; and always with check ins. People can revoke consent whenever they want for whatever reason.

They see eachother seeing eachother for who they really are and try to be their facade of themselves harder to try and make sense of it despite the fact that they love the true version of the other behind the front they put up. When Jake is scared and afraid and aranea forces his hopesplosion and brain ghost dirk becomes real there's no time wasted for BGD to get between her and Jake, quote a romance movie, and then start protecting him. The only other time we see Jake's hopesplosion is during caliborns masterpiece when Dirk gets hurt. Protecting him. I'm foaming at the mouth like a rabid animal they're so !!!!!!!!! Dirk knows Jake is lying about his gung-ho attitude and being an adventurer and can tell that it's just what Jake wishes he were like and so builds him a robot to help him fulfill that in a safe way. Tries to make him stronger through training and also protecting him from the danger of his island. Letting him explore and fight without there ever being any actual danger of being hurt. Knowing that Jake doesn't actually want to be in danger. I think I have real actual worms in my brain

Soo excited for Indigo Disk releasing soon!! The Teal Mask was fun and I'm interested to see where that story goes, as well as going back and exploring Area Zero and finally learning what the hell that symbol in that cave means. And if it's anything like how Crown Tundra was, in the sense that it's a big surprise that really helps the Main Game shine
