[6-20-2021] Got my second shot of the Pfizer Vaccine. Not looking forward to the recovery process since everyone tells me it hits the hardest. The person that administered the shot said to stay hydrated and electrolytes and stuff. So I bought a bunch of Gatorade (because it's what plants crave). Either way, I'll still be staying away from things till I'm fully inoculated. [5-30-2021] For the longest time, I genuinely believed you could only get vaccinated at a clinic. So I held off until I got my car back (I didn't want to have to pay an Uber/Lyft for 2 round-trips because they be expensive). I found out literally 2 days ago that there's numerous places that you could go to (I could've gotten vaccinated a LONG time ago because there's a few places either walking distance or just a few stops away on the LightRail). So I decided to put on my big-boy pants, be an adult, and booked the soonest available one just to get it over with. And since it's an extended weekend, I cloud use tomorrow to recover (if there's any major immediate side-effects). I'm also terrified of needles. Last time I got a shot of any kind was probably middle school. The shot itself wasn't nearly as bad as I thought it was gonna be. One down; One to go. Anyways, sorry for being a dummy and being late to the game. Even though I no l longer talk to my former core friend group, I do miss seeing people. [5-12-2022] I know it's only been a week but I'm sharing pics from last Thursday [5-5-2022] for ThrowbackThursday. Honestly, it's very surreal to me that I was invite to join the @denverhousemusic lineup for TRANSFORM at LVL Temple: Denver because I'm incredibly hard on myself and don't ever think I'm good enough (even more so since I'm still going through a motivational/creative/inspirational slump since pre-pandemic). So imagine my surprise when I'm seeing/hearing people react positively to my set (so many fist-bumps). Even more surprising is receiving an offer the following day to be support on main stage for one of my favorite producers on Friday, May 13th (that's tomorrow, friends). Last week was my first time playing at Temple and I've already been given the opportunity for main stage? Me? I guess I can't keep calling myself a nobody anymore, haha. But in all seriousness, thank you for believing in me and pushing me forward. Thank you for the continued support and trusting me (even though I don't believe/trust myself)~ And to my former #NamakoTEAM, "Thank You for everything.
