and even if to the rest of the world he’s destruction, he builds her up like he’s her salvation, and even if he’s everything she should walk away from, he pulls her in—magnetizing in all he does.

“my dad’s home, you know,” she whispers.

“then don’t tell him i’m here, it’s fucking simple,” he whispers back, pressing kisses up her jaw, nibbling on her ear lobe. “should wear earrings with my name on them,” he murmurs with a smirk. scoffing, she pushes him off, rolling her eyes, but hanma notices the little smile she fights back.

“nope,” he grins. and with a tug of her wrist, she’s back to crashing into his chest, cheek pressed against the sturdy muscle of his pecs as he hugs her close, pressing a soft kiss to the crown of her head. “wanna go for a ride on my bike?”

“i have a quiz tomor—”

“i have a quiz tomorrow,” he mocks, cutting her off. “told you, i’ll get you an A in that class, who cares? i’ll handle it. you don’t even need school, you got me. i’ll take care of you,” he insists.

and somehow, it’s enticing to fall victim to his words, to let go of all inhibitions and chase after him blindly—the world is resting in his palms, and all she has to do it take it as he offers it. how easy hanma makes it, to let go of everything she’s known, to follow him somewhere entirely new.

“my dad will kill you if he finds out about you. and then me. and then himself,” she giggles at the end, and the rumble of his chest against her cheek as he chuckles sounds like home.

“he’s not touching either of us,” he mumbles. “it’s just you and me, tee. we’re running and empire, baby. no one’s touching us, okay?”

“okay,” she murmurs, and and as he rocks her back and forth in the small room, hanma wonders what it’ll be like to hold her as he stares down at the whole city, the entirety of it beneath his feet.

yeah. this absolute king. this feels a little biased LMAO but i genuinely had a lot of trouble separating you from noya- thanks, your pfp and username. Still, I’m super happy with the boy i’ve given you cuz...it’s Daichi. 

I think you’re both generally quiet, at least in public. Though while you come off more as a stand-offish figure, he’s just a little more approachable. Still, i think you two would be the resident “scary” couple JAKDJHD. Your closer friends know how excitable you can get about things, though. Most of all Daichi. He’ll sit through your in-depth character studies like a champ, listening with all his might. He’d totally make an effort to remember things about your favorite shows and franchises. In turn I think he’d talk about his day, especially volleyball! He doesn’t mind the months you two spend together at first, where he’d have to explain things about volleyball here and there. You two frequently watch movies or shows on the couch, blankets tangled between your legs and hands intertwined, but whenever possible you make it a point to load up the care and drive to the drive in, two towns away. Picking up fast food and a few snacks on your way and idly talking through the drive is of course a part of the experience, but settling into the back of your car, with blankets and pillows brought from home is always filled with soft laughs and giggles bubbling in your chests. Watching the movie itself is filled with small commentaries, Daichi pointing out cool visual effects or particular scenes he enjoyed. Rest assured, the entire movie is spent with some parts of you touching, whether it be your hands linked or one of you leaning on the other. (in the slightly warmer months, you two learn to bring less blankets when you spend most of the movie kicking off the fuzzy cloth and shifting from the warm flooring of the car below you.)

anyways so he tells aunt may when he gets home n shes so excited! her baby is going on his first date! she helps him prepare and she wishes him the best as he leaves to go to your apartment. he knocks on the door, holding a rose and waiting anxiously for you to open the door. you do a few moments later, your appearance making his heart explode. youre in this pretty blue dress thats super casual and has white flowers all over it. and hes like 😍😍😍😍 and you giggle and get flustered bc your long time crush is staring at you with his jaw wide. you then say hi, breaking him out of his daze and hes like “h-hi. you look stunning, u-uh i mean, pretty. stunning is too much. o-or maybe it’s not uh—” “thank you pete” you say. he smiles and holds out the rose, to which you awe at. you take him inside for a few moments, ned and betty already there. you grab your purse before you two head to downtown. 

the night is amazing. while ned and betty are cuddling up to each other, you and peter hang back and talk. you two learn a lot about each other and jump from topic to topic seamlessly. you end the night w ice cream and while ned takes betty home, peter takes you home too. you two end up sharing a cute goodbye kiss that leaves you two 😍😍😍 (lmfao this emoji is so famous). and you bid him goodbye and leave him again, flustered. next morning you two see each other in class and peter asks you to be his gf (aww) (you assume betty gave him the advice but actually he did it all on his own. he isnt totally clueless).

you two become gf and bf and are easily the most attractive and smartest couple in school. you two go on lots of dates and often match your outfits hehe. you two are often found in his apartment, cuddling while studying for upcoming tests. he eventually reveals his secret to you and youre a little pissed he didnt tell you before , but overall youre amazed and supportive. you do worry about him bur after missions he always comes back to you and its the best.
