200 of my favorite albums that I swear by, from any genre - limited to one per artist. I always wanted to do this since the start of the decade and finally got around to it. I’ve had a lot of different musical obsessions up to this point and periods where i was deep into specific genres so I tried to make sure all of that was represented here. Overall it’s a mix of personal classics that I go back to constantly, albums that helped form my taste, and some recently stuff I love. Oh gosh... Where do I even start? Sorry in advance if I forget some groups! (I'm a huge multi-stan)

I have 1 bias for some groups but more than 1 for others.

I'm biased toward the foreign members in several cases.

I'm also biased toward the rap line in many cases.

Whether or not the group leader is among my biases, I wholeheartedly respect them, because being the leader is tough.

Nguyên liệu

Hành tím: 2 củ, băm nhuyễn.

Thau hoặc bát lớn: Để ướp gà.

Cọ phết gia vị: Để phết sa tế lên gà.

Dây nịt gà hoặc chỉ: Để buộc gà lại (nếu cần)

2. Công thức làm gà nướng sa tế bằng lò nướng điện chuẩn vị

Bước 1: Sơ chế gà

Rửa gà với nước muối pha loãng hoặc nước cốt chanh để khử mùi. Rửa lại bằng nước sạch và để ráo.

Bước 2: Ướp gia vị 

Trong một bát lớn, trộn sa tế, tỏi, hành tím, đường, nước mắm, dầu ăn, tiêu, và gừng (nếu dùng). Đánh đều cho gia vị hòa quyện. Xát hỗn hợp này lên toàn bộ gà, đảm bảo gà được ướp đều từ bên ngoài và bên trong. Để gà ướp trong tủ lạnh ít nhất 2-3 giờ, hoặc qua đêm để gia vị thấm đều.

Bước 3: Nướng gà

Trong lò nướng: Làm nóng lò ở 180°C (350°F). Đặt gà lên khay nướng có lót giấy bạc hoặc nướng trên vỉ nướng. Nướng gà khoảng 50-60 phút, thỉnh thoảng quét thêm gia vị lên gà để gà không bị khô. Thời gian nướng có thể thay đổi tùy theo kích thước gà và loại lò.

Trong nồi chiên không dầu: Nướng gà ở 180°C (350°F) khoảng 30-40 phút, lật gà giữa chừng để gà chín đều.

Bước 4: Kiểm tra và hoàn thành

Gà chín khi da có màu vàng ruộm và phần thịt bên trong không còn đỏ. Để gà nghỉ vài phút trước khi thái ra.
