Yesterday at a store my friend picked up a pair of shoes and mentioned how difficult it would be to get away with murder wearing them because of the pattern on the bottom. The lady who owns the store was nearby and she chimed in about how she’s terrified that someone is going to murder someone while wearing shoes from her store because all of them have the store name on the bottom and I love strangers sm

#we talked at length about tread prints after that #next store was less pleasant because the lady decided to be racist to me and then covered it up by #INSISTING that she HAD to have met me before somewhere #like she spent five min talking about how we must know each other to the point where I was getting creeped out #to the point where my friends ended up gently pulling me out of the store because they were also getting a bit creeped out #and then that lady followed us out and told me specifically #not the others #just Me #to make sure I got home safe #and it felt like such a threat #these are two separate stories but I have to write 100 tags every time #it’s a compulsion #anyways Clark’s lady ur an icon #other store whose name I don’t remember lady #plz stay away from me please and thanks #I’ve never had someone look me in the eye and tell me to be safe and felt That emotion before #shrimp emotions but in a bad way #we also promised the First lady that we wouldn’t commit any murders #at least not wearing her shoes #it was such a delightful interaction I love talking to strangers sometimes
