kazuto’s trainerverse team , which also happens to be regular - gamer - kirito’s favored team setup as well .

nyaheat , along with a shiny variant of nidangill , is one of the only pokemon that’s yet to fully evolve despite it being the second addition to his team , as it’s his least used ; nidangill hasn’t fully evolved as he tends to either save it for near last or use erureido in its place , almost never using it as one of his first three .

while he has a mega / key stone pair for erureido & considers it to be a highly valued partner , as blacky was his first , he thinks of the latter as his true best partner , continuously keeping it out of its monster ball .

he’s one of the more intense trainers , who prioritizes strength & winning over all else , tending to be a sore loser , & usually avoids rivals off the field ; many say he takes pokemon battling far too seriously .

has been known to challenge every elite four member & champion that he meets .
