Needful Things: What You Should Know About the World Ender

OOC Facts:

There are many Marcelloixes. This one is mine.

Given how many Marcelloixes there are, I'm not sure how I keep securing this username, but I do.

Marce started his journey on Aether-Gilgamesh. He's now on Crystal-Coeurl.

He is indeed one of the many male Elezen who use the same face combos. We should really set up a support group.

Public Details:

He is usually referred to as Marcelloix Axios de Bonvivant. His true name is much longer than that.

Marce is a member of NightRaid, a bounty hunter and supernatural investigations office led by Tetsuro Wulf.

Marce is also the lord of House Bonvivant, an Ishgardian minor noble house with holdings in the Coerthas Central Lowlands.

He is in a deeply loving long-term relationship with Natsume, secondary officer of NightRaid.

He was formerly "married" to Adele Bonvivant, with whom he had a daughter named Aalisette. Both perished in the Calamity.

Rumors:

Marcelloix may or may not be a practicing black mage. The truth of this is known only to Marce's family and friends, and also to Stillglade Fane and the Order of Nald'Thal.

He may also have dabbled in void magicks, blood magicks, necromancy, and several other illicit or illegal practices.

The Axios family is an ancient line, and its members are rumored to be Fae-touched.

He's said to have a lovely singing voice.

Secrets:

Marce has a considerably large aetherpool. He is able to cast more spells from his personal aether than the average thaumaturge can, though he does also draw from ambient aether for his most devastating spells.

His aether is heavily ice-aspected, and his experiences with the Void make him especially powerful with umbral magicks but weak to light and holy magicks.

He can also cast detailed illusions and other Fae spells thanks to his ancestry and his association with a pixie named Eo Sul.

Due to his potential for untold destruction, various authorities across Eorzea keep tabs on his activities. Among them, he is known via the code name "World Ender."

Marce is usually available for RP. Potential friends, acquaintances, business partners, and rivals are all welcome. Marce is happily spoken for, so additional romance is not on the table. We are also not looking to engage other characters as enemies at this time.

He attends most of NightRaid's events, but you can also contact me if you'd like to throw around ideas or plan something more directly. As long as you're respectful, courteous of others, and not weird/creepy/an asshole, we should get along just fine!

Beast Wars AU idea

with my transformer blorbos that I haven't chucked into Beast Wars yet.

So as of current I only have one OC in Beast Wars that's been cybertronian-ized to fit another au (*cough cough* the cybertronian au. wowie, who knew). That oc would be Titania, or "Nightraider", who has the capabilities to transform into an Argentavis, a Xenosmilus Hodsonae, a Direwolf, a Titanaboa (haha. Titania-boa), a Kaprosuchus, and a South-American Gray Fox!

But I also came up with something for my other transformer ocs, Quartzstreak, and Ace with the inclusion of my newest additions Breakflash (and Spade), and Deepslate!

I considered Quartzstreak being either a barn or snow owl due to her role as a sniper and referencing it off of Ana from OW. They're incredibly elegant-looking and dangerous! So I thought it'd be perfect for them.

Now, next on the list is Ace! Ace was a bit more difficult to consider since there was an incredibly vast variety of options in the carnivore category to just pick and slap onto Ace as a beast mode-- but then it hit me. "Why not go the opposite direction and aim to give her an herbivore instead of a carnivore?"

So that's exactly what I did! I've decided to choose for her, a tusked wild boar as her beast mode. I was-- also very influenced, by the design-idea of having to draw Ace with tusks in and out of beast mode. Plus, boars by themselves are still dangerous even if they are considered as a prey by a wide range of creatures. I'm even considering to amp up her size in her beast mode to make her appear more intimidating (once I get to the process of making the art for it) and giving her a smaller group of boars that follow her around-- because why not? I think she deserves to have a non-talking travelling group, as a treat :)

Now-- for my newest boyos, Deepslate and Breakflash (and his drone, Spade).

For Breakflash, and also since aquatic animals are an open option for beast modes (thanks, Depthcharge). I've decided to make Breakflash a black marlin! Plus, with his weaponry being mainly a sword, it works out (and also because Breakflash enjoys speed, under any conditions, in the water, air, land, you name it. But for now, we'll limit him to the water)! And his drone buddy could be a remora!

and for Breakflash's boyfriend, Deepslate? hm. None. No alt mode. This man is entirely fueled by strength and spite (and perhaps stupidity). He'll be stubborn for a long while in considering even thinking about getting a beast mode. He just believes COMPLETELY that he could fight any predacon or maximal in beast mode, hand to horns, teeth, fangs, claws, you name it. Even with the limit of Energon exposure. He is just TOO much of a stubborn bastard. But once he does come around to it and gets completely tired of having to pass out mid-fight or anything. He'll go for a Sarcosuchus Imperator. Big croc, for a big bot. Plus, he'd rather stay as close to Breakflash as much as he can, so having an alt mode that can swim would be good enough for him, even if it's not as fast.

I feel a lot of good will come next turn. I can feel it. It's hard to explain, but just simply looking back at all the progress, all the people present, all the accomplishments this past year says it all.

Bounty Call

I've been pleased to see folks deem our organization worthy of constantly seeking friends to invite out for taking jobs or joining in on hunts. And so far, our turn in room has always.. ALWAYS been busy. And full. Even the lounge was a bit busy throughout the eve. By surprise, I saw Kayah who was turning in a bounty. We chatted a bit, and Kayah had brought up how I came to create Bounty Call, or Nightraid's Network. So I invited to share the tale with Kayah downstairs. It's been a while since I've sat with someone during Bounty Call to exchange stories. It was.. very pleasant. I'm glad to have been getting closer to Kayah lately. He reminds me of when my sons and I got closer in our own ways. Though, I ended up going so deep that I offered to share the second part of the tale next Bounty Call.

Shikigami Summons

Li was very eager to unroll the shikigami scroll I acquired as a gift from the Dragon King of the Jade Moon's domain. We decided to go to Plum Springs, a place that has become significant to Li and I. I hardly noticed until after that him drawing his blood roused the Mask's presence, but it was no real injury of course. Though.. the shikigami that came off of his essence, I was so curious. All of my shiki have come from my essence. Shasta was a pre-existing being that oblidged to a contract with Li. But..

Fire. A fire-aspected mink. Initially I was surprised, that was until Li explained to me that the elements of his parents inhabit his essence to an extent. So it hailed from his father.. Our talk made me really feel.. driven to perhaps help him with fire. I recall how he'd react to it. And.. well? I want to help. I long to help. He seemed.. open to it. He learns fire, I learn earth. So much to explore.. with this boy.

Vault Meeting

Seems the Vault will be back in action. Eiri called Joshua and I in for a private meeting before the main meeting involving everyone in the organization. Seems Eiri will be back in their position and Aioux back to being focused on infirmary head. I'm glad we could have more order, now that we've widdled too useless bodies and proclaimed the new arrangements to everyone. Eiri reviewed some reports that ended up with them-- A girl tormented in her dreams by a Baku she had called forth, except she states this baku made these nightmares far worse. So we are to investigate it. Eiri sought advice on who should investigate this girl's issue, though in a smaller team. We came up with Li, Kayah, myself, and Ling.

Dojo Practice

Natsume, Hide, Nemari, and I met up in the NightRaid dojo. Hide lately had seemed more than dedicated enough to want to learn the basics of Nightraid's training regeime that all novices undergo. Though, this time I was going to observe Natsume's mentoring. It was about time Natsume took on mentoring novices in my absent. He's practiced it many times. So I observed, added on and gave advice for his mentoring where I could. Hide did as expectionally as I had expected. Seems they want to go on the Path of a Guardian within our ranks, which didn't surprise me. They'll fare well for the rest of our basics mastery course.
