Wrestling friends! Wrestlemania Week is quickly approaching & I know many of us are excited to enjoy a full week of wrestling from home. To fully immerse ourselves in the live experience, I thought it might be fun to create a virtual equivalent to WrestleCon from April 4th to 7th, 2024: ‘Wrestle Makers Con’.

Our goal is to build a sense of community and highlight creators/small business within the wrestling community. Imagine any other convention, but virtual.

What is it? A master list of creators and small businesses within the wrestling community. I will create graphics to highlight each business or creator, which you are free to use across social media platforms. I may conduct interviews with some creators/small businesses, to learn more about their story. 

Who can participate? Any wrestle fan who is a creator, regardless of whether their products are wrestling related or not. 

How can you participate? If you are interested in being a part of ‘Wrestle Makers Con’, please message me on Tumblr (@okhanss) or Discord (thenightlands), with the following information:

Name of business

Types of products you create (Medium or Digital Art?)

Social media handles that pertain to the business

Where customers can buy your products (e.g. Etsy, Ko-Fi, etc) 

Price range

Examples of your artwork (at least three is ideal) 

Where you ship to & shipping costs (if available & applicable)

Do you offer commissions?

Will you offer a sale during Wrestlemania Week? (April 4th to 7th)

Would you like to be interviewed about your business?

I thought it may be helpful to compile a list of creators & small businesses within the Tumblr wrestling community, regardless of whether their products are wrestling related or not.

I’ve had the chance to get to know a lot of the creators featured & can say with utmost certainty that a lot of love is put into the products they create. There is something very special about ordering from small businesses & the personalized details they include, which big retailers seem to lack.  Understandably, I know not everyone is in a place to financially support, but a simple follow on social media can be such an incredible boost of confidence for creators & all reblogs of this post are beyond appreciated ✨
