It is Halloween and Taka feels comfortable going out in his Crazy Diamonds outfit. But Chihiro also makes him bring his kendo sword since they totally know how Mondo freaks out. Mondo thought it was bad before except OH GOD HE HAS HIS SWORD THAT'S EVEN HOTTER! Good luck Mondo. Try not to die. Also, what do you think the other dr1 characters would wear on Halloween?

I'm kidding. You're right, Taka would probably be fine wearing it on Halloween since he'll just go to any of the parties students are throwing. But he demands nobody takes a picture of his back, where the Diamonds' logo & motto are. Ya never know if it might reappear in the future as a political hit.

And Mondo is so screwed.

Because Taka isn't ignorant when it comes to Mondo's nervous quirks, he just didn't know what he did to make Mondo meltdown into suggestive Freudian slips. But Mondo hadn't been afflicted with that since. Until this Halloween.

Well...Mondo had been fidgety and sweaty but otherwise fine. His eyes kept darting around Taka's body before pointedly looking elsewhere, and he glared especially at Taka's sword like it was going to fly up and attack him, but whatever. No meltdowns in sight.

Then a student has Taka pose with his kendo sword for (careful) fun--maybe just a chūdan stance--and everyone around them freezes upon hearing Mondo's very heartfelt "Oh, fuck me."

There's an awkward silence, finally broken by a "Dude," from gd Souda of all people. Like the thirst was too much for even him.

That seems to brings Mondo crashing back to earth and away from Taka, who is currently redder than he gets in the sauna and disturbingly silent after such a public vulgarity.

"Uh! YEAH, OH FUCK ME, I LEFT MY--uh, my, my--fuckingshit--I LEFT SOMETHIN IN MY ROOM! IMPORTANT! BE RIGHT BACK!"

"Bro!"

Taka is stopped from following him by a smirking Fuyuhiko, dressed as a king, who advises, "That? That was a good reaction. Trust me, before you ditch the getup for tonight, call him 'Boss'. Uh, quietly. Can you manage that? In his ear, like."

Peko nods in agreement behind the yakuza leader, still sporting her sword in a matching queen costume. Taka tries to understand that advice as he runs to catch up with his bro.

Makoto - Baby Shark

Kyoko - An accurate angel, with two animal heads on each shoulder, multiple wings & googly eyes everywhere

Sakura - Xena, warrior princess

Hina - Gabrielle (she was gonna be Mera from Aquaman comics, but i had to do it)
