Passeio na Basílica!!!~

A Basílica é um dos meus lugares favoritos na cidade. Gosto de ir lá quando quero ficar em silêncio. Ou quando me sinto triste. Ou estou cansada de andar pelo centro. Ou quero pensar. Ou quero um lugar para ler antes do horário da psicóloga. Ou só preciso me proteger da chuva. E até mesmo se só quero tirar um cochilo!

Hoje o motivo foi porque queria tirar fotos com meu celularzinho nokia C3.

Sou apaixonada pela arquitetura e os detalhes dela mas mais do que isso, adoro ficar sentada lá dentro observando as pessoas. A maioria chega e se ajoelha diante do altar, outros se aproximam das imagens e as tocam, seguram firme, às vezes as beijam. Outros ficam em silêncio, sentados nos bancos, às vezes ajoelhados. Já vi algumas pessoas chorando, como já chorei baixinho lá também.

A devoção e fé das pessoas sempre me fascina e emociona e, mesmo que não tenha qualquer proximidade com a religião ou crença, gosto muito de estar ali e testemunhar e ser tocada por tudo isso. Por vezes sinto inclusive vontade de crer e pertencer a qualquer coisa dali.

Além disso tudo, sou apegada com o lugar por si só. A escola infantil em que estudei era na lateral esquerda da igreja e, algumas vezes, as professoras nos levavam em fila, todos os coleguinhas de mãos dadas para atravessar a rua, para nos sentarmos nas escadas da porta e eu amava. Toda vez que subo as escadas penso nisso e o quanto elas pareciam gigantes, com degraus infinitos, quando eu era criança. Lembro quando minha mãe ia me buscar e estacionava o carro no ponto de taxi que ficava ali ao lado e eu, que estava sendo alfabetizada e sem entender as diferenças dos sons do x, perguntava o que era afinal "tá-chi".

Semana que vem os santos serão cobertos com panos roxos, porque começa a quaresma, e eu adoro acompanhar esse movimento!!! O gesto se chama velatio e, pelo que aprendi há alguns anos procurando pela internet, é feito para que os fiéis não se distraiam e se devotem apenas à Cristo. A páscoa é meu feriado religioso favorito e me encanta todos os rituais acerca dela.

Ao menos esse lugar-favorito eu tenho certeza que nunca deixará de existir.
