i love senku so much because, while he doesn't act very friendly and he's not shown to be interested in romance, one of his main traits is how deeply he cares about his friends and the people around him in general, so much so that it's considered a weakness by those he's against. and honestly, even if it wasn't intentional, i'm so happy there's a possibly aroace character who is basically the opposite of emotionless and apathetic

I miss randomly dumping life changes into the void so imma just update you dudes!

I’m going to be living in Japan and other countries in Asia for a minimum of six months, and a maximum of a year before I move to Manhattan for work.

Now, there is a big part of my stupid brain that kind of assumed that literally no one would care. Seriously, I planned on telling my parents a week before I left, throwing up a peace sign to my friends and family, and just kinda disappearing into a new life. But, upon speaking with my wifee and a couple others, it FINALLY dawned upon me that maybe, MAYBE, people actually care. Annnd they do.

So now I’m having two separate going away parties, I’m going to have my parents and sister escorting me to the gate, and people are genuinely telling me they’re gonna miss me. Now, this may sound braggy, but I grew up as a bullied and outcasted kid. I was one of ten black kids in an all white and prejudice school wayyy out in the sticks. I also changed schools almost every year because my dad had to move for work.

So, usually when I left, no body cared because they either didn’t like me or didn’t know me. And goodbye would just be me disappearing. It’s such a weird feeling realizing that yes, my presence is important to some people. I impacted people and my absence WILL make people sad! Hell, I’m still shocked about some of the people who are sad to see me go. This is a as bittersweet feeling. I want to keep impacting people in such a positive way, I want to make people as happy as I apparently made this new group of friends and coworkers!

So yeah anyways I’m finally starting to realize the dreams that I wanted to make happen at 19 years old. I think that waiting until I was in my mid twenties was a great idea, because I have more critical thinking skills and common sense. I also started writing again, you guys have been sending in some awesome fucking prompts pals!!

Being a fat fetish artist is weird sometimes cuz I truly genuinely want to explore topics related to fatnesss and weight gain that aren't necessarily in a kinky context but rather vent pieces/think pieces I guess? But I always feel like I fundamentally Have to only post it in fat fetish circles because I feel like if a Normie™ found out I have a Silly Goofy Feedism Kink they'll disregard anything I have to say about fatphobia and society cuz I'm like, too cumbrained to have any good takes, I guess xD. I have a thing I've been sitting on for a while that's kind of a "Feedism being the savior from an impending ED" sort of thing but I'm kind of scared to post it given it's so heavy compared to my usual subject matter but also,,, I'm a Feedist Artist with a pretty distinct artstyle I think? So if I post it outside of NSFW circles I might get chased off with pitchforks and shit because I'm not a Normie™, too.

I may be a feedist that is barely 100 pounds and can still fit a size 1 but I'm not like.... Oblivious, lol. It's not lost on me how gaining can negatively affect someone's self esteem, especially in a world that is still viciously fatphobic, and I wanna explore those things in my art cuz I have explored heavier themes in the past, I guess I'll just tag it with like 45 warnings if I do post it ☠️

I've been seeing some posts circulating recently and I finally feel like I can say that this is the Exact Emotion I feel when I see the Genre Of (typically slimmer or 'skinnyfat') feedists that are a lil Too into calling themselves Disgustingly Fat and going on and on about how they've Ruined Their Body and they're not even 200lbs, lack an understanding of how fat people actually Are (namely mobility things come to mind), know nothing about fat politics, and lean a little too heavily into the fatphobia play, especially when that same Genre of feedists start giving Actual Fat People grief about being "too big to be worth feeding" like loving fat people and fatness isn't one of the Core Feedism Principles

idk the worst thing about tumblr (or just social media in general . I've just only used tumblr) is that your funny text posts that randomly popped into your head will get SIGNIFICANTLY more interaction than anything that you create whether it's illustration or writing or anything else it will always be like that and it doesn't make sense to me because it takes the same amount of effort to look at a funny post and reblog/share it as it does to look at any form of art that you like and reblog/share it . my top text post has over 1,000 notes and my top art post has a little over 100 because it was fanart for a blogger with a high following and that always fucks me up . Every single time I post art it'll get a few notes here and there but my text posts always get more . Always . There's even a better reblog/like ratio . literally what the fuck . Why is it worth it to reblog something funny but not something that took hours upon hours of effort and dedication. "Art is subjective ‼️>:[" so is humor . What's your point .
