ビニールのこと  (長いです)  店頭に並ぶ野菜は、ほとんどがビニールに包まれています。あのビニールは曇り止め加工（プラスチックに界面活性剤が練りこんである）がされていて、蒸れにくく、野菜の鮮度キープに一役かっています。春の葉物なんかは本当にしおれやすくて、ビニールから出して暖かいところに置いておくと１晩でしなしなになったりします。  でも、ビニールはゴミとして捨てるしかない。土に還ってくれない。わたしがまだ自分で野菜を栽培していなかった頃、ゴミ箱の中身の大半はこの野菜の梱包ビニールで、「受け取らないという選択肢」が用意されていないこのビニールに、かなりモヤっとしていました。  畝々の現状はといえば、移動販売ノウマドに出荷するときは、ビニールのお世話になっています。飲食店に出荷するときは、要望に応じてビニールなし、もしくは必要最低限のリユースビニールを使っています。 ...まだまだ改善の余地あり。  そして現状の改善のほかに、今年は普段のお買物時の選択肢の一つとして、ビニールなしで売り買いする機会をつくろうと思い、マーケットに出店することにしました。自分で店頭の立てば、お客さまの手に渡る直前まで自分で品質管理できます。わたしがビニールの代わりに眼を光らせるというわけです。  さらに、このことを受け入れてくだったり、一緒に考えてくださるお客さまと出会うことも不可欠。もう人見知りをぶり返している場合ではありません！  写真は、先週末のkitokitoマルシェ。やってみました、ビニールなし販売。(生で食べるサラダセットはビニールのお世話になりましたが)山東菜、ちぢみ菜、しゃくし菜は藁で束ねるだけ。受け渡しの際は新聞紙で包んで。買い物袋を持ってらっしゃる方が大半で、持っていない方も野菜を小脇に抱えて持ち帰ってくださいました。ビニールなし歓迎の声も数人から。相性がよい予感がします。来月以降も出店できたら、引き続きビニールなしに挑戦したいと思っています。ナスやピーマン、シシトウなんかをどうやって並べようかなと、今からうんうん唸っています。海外のマーケットが参考になりそうです。   #畝々小農舎 #無農薬 #無農薬野菜 #山形 #organicvegetable #organicbeggies #yamagata #nomoreplastics #noplasticbags #packagefree #プラスチックフリー #ゼロウェイスト https://www.instagram.com/p/Bx3p2OfAiVg/?igshid=1hdgdj7iafx4k

Say NO THANKS to plastic bags, although they are very convenient to use. Take from the shop, pay little money, use them for few times, even once, and then just throw it away. However, plastic bags have been banned to use in several cities. Even New York has officially started its plastic bag ban since April in 2020. Why? Because of their environment, even our earth is currently threatened by plastic pollution !!! We should protect our earth as green as possible and create a cleaner and healthier environment for all !!! So…only say NO to plastic!!
