Discovered that all chemistry by a certain photo manufacturer (that likes yellow, and starts with the letter "k"), has gone up significantly in price recently, some by nearly 50%. Perhaps we're starting to see the inevitable Brexit inflation here in the U.K. I keep forgetting about this other company that manufactures photo chemistry. Continued my investigation of finding a way to infuse intense colour to a (black and white) silver print at the darkroom yesterday. Most methods I've already tried result in pastels, or require repeated emersion for hours to achieve anything close to this. I believe I'm very close with pigments — though they are tricky to control as they stain the paper almost immediately. As I suspected, an airbrush will likely be required for optimum control.
