#mobile#x#gotta big disagree with Allie’s speculations on this#it is WAY more speculative to say a synthetic embryo might not be a person than to say otherwise#there’s no reason God would not perpetuate the human race by the slightly rawer materials of DNA#when He already does with the raw material of sperm and egg#no intercourse required#not defending IVF and CERTAINLY not defending the creation of synthetic embryos#but there is no such thing as a living human being with no soul#and I just had a conversation with someone who believes that because women gestate life they ‘create’ life#we don’t.
