I love MY special side characters but some side characters who get hype confuse me not even gonna lie like sometimes the whole point of a character is that they fulfill a certain limited role & it’s literally fine lol

#not to be mean but why do some tcoaal even care about Julia 😭#her only purpose is to show that Andrew can never & will never break his codependent bond with Ashley #he will always always choose Ashley whether it’s to kill her to consume her or to stay by her side or to love her #it doesn’t matter the point is it’s always going to be a story about them #they are most likely going to die bloody or kill each other but it will be tangled together #Julia’s presence in Andrew’s history ONLY serves to follow that narrative #I simply don’t see the appeal of making her matter more than that #but that’s just my personal opinion I mean #a huge part of my personality is stanning side characters meant to die #like truly do what you want forever #just stating my own personal opinion that canon is way more interesting than an au where Ashley like. doesn’t hate Julia #idk just me #tcoaal #fandom vague blogging #I guess the tags made it not that vague lmao
