I’ve been wanting to post this one for a bit...

Every now and then I like to draw me and @notshiro ‘s gem fusion character we designed back in 2015, Rhodochrosite. Since I still keep up with Steven Universe and wasn’t really happy the last time I drew her in 2016, I wanted to give her another drawing with a different outfit. 

The design still means a lot to me and I still have the original drawing taped up on my wall! I hope I could give her some justice, plus knowing myself I’ll probably redraw her again in the future.

Not Shiro/clone theory

so we think the shiro in season three isn't really him. but if you separate the four shiros we've seen so far as 1) 'pre-galra abducted' shiro with full black hair two arms and no nose scar 2) 'post-galra abducted' shiro we've seen throughout the majority of season one and two 3) 'scruffy can't fight for shit' shiro and 4)'baby face and argue with keef ' shiro shiro 3 and 4 are theorized to be clones. shiros 2,3,4 all have the same nose scar, white tuff of hair, and prosthetic arm look; so i was thinking, maybe they're all three clones and the galrans started the clone experiment on the space dad we all know and love and the real shiro is takashi shirogane garrison graduate and kerberos mission dude. so maybe...it's all a LIE~ (disclaimer: i know my theory has flaws and i'm awfully sorry if i've fucked up your impression of shiro but i thought i should share and i'm totally down for criticism if ya feel the need)

Voltron Season 5 Thoughts

Well, that was a lot of “BOOM” and “I knew it!” Spoilers/thoughts below the cut. Not much. I’m still processing, but you know.

I am glad they didn’t do a full blown “comedic relief” episode this time. The three garrison pals and an adjusted robot was really enough, even if it was intertwined with some Keith development stuff.

I am glad we got actual Keith!Mama and now we can all stop speculating. I am glad she’s alive. I am glad he got to meet her. I am so annoyed that it was the end of an episode and we won’t see anything else for a while. But finally something good for Keith. I am prepared for it to get ripped violently away from him to cause more angst, but for now, I can remain optimistic until June 15th.

Also, some good Lance development here. Loved the animeish Kamehameha yell. :D. But the whole thing with him calming a little and being so wary of not only Lotor, but also Shiro kind of makes me happy. Lance isn’t stupid, and I’m pumped that he wasn’t reduced to laughs this time. (Though his beautiful face!)

Allura is totally getting played, but whatever. It’s good for the drama? But really, does anyone actually still trust Lotor? I mean come on. He failed his test so spectacularly. 

Hunk and Pidge’s brotp Team Punk gives me warm fuzzies. Also lol good thing Sam got a haircut. :D

And Shiro/NotShiro.... FINALLY. Boom. He isn’t feeling like himself. Duh.

So initial thoughts, I liked it. I liked it more than season 4. I’m loving the character development on all sides.I can’t wait for June 15th.
