Okay, so I’m a day late. I blame the new job not knowing how to stick to a schedule.
Anyway, so here’s the completed version of that WIP I posted the other day (not the NtK one). I think I’m going to keep the name “Snap Out” because I like it. For the most part, I’m alright with how this turned out. It’s probably not my best work, but it’s also probably not my worst…
My digital piano has a midi port and it has better dynamic sensors than what I can add in manually, so I think I’m going to experiment with live recording in the near future. Doing it this way will take away some of the cleanness of mapping out a song in a synth program (how I do it now), but it would probably add a more organic feel (particularly to piano compositions--which is what I want to strive for). I’m also not the greatest at playing piano, though, so...we’ll just see what happens. Please share your thoughts either way, though.

Både basis bensinmotorene: 1,2 TSI og 1,4 TSI er nå utrustet med tennpluggen PZKER7A8EGS.  Denne doble platina typen kommer med en nøyaktig og ekstremt spenstig midtelektrode med platinaspiss og en retningsbestemt jordingselektrode, noe som forbedrer blandingens tilgjengelighet og flamme dispersjon. Tennpluggens jordelektrode er i tillegg utstyrt med en tre-lags kobber kjerne.
Tennpluggen har også  "Long Isolator" designet som ble introdusert i 2011: Dens utvidede isolasjonen hindrer "flashovers", mens på kontakten "cup" design gir optimal gjennomlysning av sammenhengen og forhindrer elektrisk feil. For de nye dieselmotorene i EA288 familien (1.6 TDI og 2.0 TDI), valgte Volkswagen NGK Y1002 AS glødeplugg. Den har en gløderør med en diameter på bare 3,5 mm og arbeider med Advanced Rask Glow System (AQGS) og er i stand til å varme opp til 1000 ° C på mindre enn to sekunder. I tillegg tilbyr den enestående etterglødingsevner. Selv ved laveste temperaturer sørger denne glødepluggtypen for en miljøvennlig kaldstart og drift før motoren har nådd ønsket temperatur for selvantennelse.
For eksossystemet, leverer NGK sensorer fra NTK. Versjonen med 1,2 TSI motor leveres med en binær Lambdasensor OZAS-S, som regulerer blandingens formasjon. 1,4 TSI motoren bruker en lineær Lambda sensor av ZFAS-U type som regulerer sensoren og OZAS-S typen fungerer som diagnostisk sensor. I tillegg støtter ZFAS-U blandingens formasjon i 1,6 TDI-motoren.
Til slutt: Temperatursensorene fra NTK bidra til optimal drift av dieselmotorer, som arbeider sammen med eksos systemer: CTAS-T sensoren styrer eksostemperaturen oppstrøms for en turbo lader. Denne  sensoren sørger for eksakt måling av avgasstemperaturen innen et område  fra 100 til 900 ° C.

Zirconia oxygen sensor is an impermeable tube-shaped zirconia (zirconium oxide) element with a closed end and is coated externally and internally with porous metal electrodes, typically platinum. At temperatures, above about 400°C, the zirconia becomes an oxygen ion conductor, which results in a voltage being produced between the electrodes.

The value of the voltage is dependent upon the differences between the partial pressures of the oxygen in the sample and the oxygen in a reference gas (generally air) and is determined by the Nernst equation. An output voltage of 0.2 V (200 mV) DC does represent a lean mixture of fuel and oxygen, where the quantity of oxygen entering the cylinder is sufficient for fully oxidizing the carbon monoxide (CO) produced in burning the fuel and air, into carbon dioxide (CO2). An output voltage of 0.8 V (800 mV) DC does represent a rich mixture, one that is high in unburned fuel and low in remaining oxygen. The ideal set point is about 0.45 V (450 mV) DC.
The sensor is more sensitive near the stoichiometric point (where λ = 1) and less sensitive when either very rich or very lean. A fouled or an aging sensor has a slower response time, which can downgrade system performance. The sensor has a rugged stainless steel construction internally as well as superficially. Owing to this, the sensor has a high resistance to corrosion; thereby letting it to be used effectively in aggressive environments with elevated pressure and temperature. The zirconia sensor falls under the narrow band type, referring to the narrow range of fuel or air ratios to which it does respond in the global zirconia oxygen sensors market.
