चैतन्य भारत न्यूज नई दिल्ली. सुप्रीम कोर्ट के मुख्य न्यायाधीश (CJI) जस्टिस एनवी रमन्ना ने जजों को मिलने वाली धमकियों के बाद जांच एजेंसियों के सुस्त रवैये को लेकर तल्ख टिप्पणी की है। जस्टिस रमन्ना ने कहा है कि देश में जजों को धमकाने का नया ट्रेंड शुरू हो गया है और जजों के पास शिकायत के लिए कोई स्वतंत्रता नहीं है। उन्होंने कहा धमकियों को लेकर अगर जज पुलिस और CBI से शिकायत भी करते हैं तो वे (CBI और पुलिस) उत्तर ही नहीं देते। CJI ने कहा कि CBI न्यायपालिका की सहायता नहीं कर रही है और वे यह टिप्पणी बहुत जिम्मेदारी के साथ कर रहे हैं। मुख्य न्यायाधीश ने CBI को लेकर तल्ख टिप्पणी करते हुए कहा है कि, "जजों को धमकियां भरे मैसेज और कॉल आते हैं, कई शिकायतें की गई लेकिन CBI ने कुछ नहीं किया, CBI के व्यव्हार में कोई बदलाव नहीं हुआ और यह दुख के साथ कहना पड़ रहा है।" चीफ जस्टिस एन वी रमन्ना और जस्टिस सूर्यकांत की पीठ ने सीबीआई को भी नोटिस जारी किया जिसने धनबाद में एक जज को कथित रूप से वाहन से कुचले जाने की हालिया घटना की जांच अपने हाथ में ली है। झारखंड की ओर से पेश वकील ने शीर्ष अदालत को बताया कि 28 जुलाई की घटना की जांच सीबीआई को सौंप दी गई है। पीठ ने अटॉर्नी जनरल के के वेणुगोपाल से कहा कि ऐसे कई मामले हैं जिनमें गैंगस्टर और हाई-प्रोफाइल व्यक्ति शामिल हैं और न्यायाधीशों को धमकी या अपशब्दों वाले संदेश मिलने के उदाहरण हैं। पीठ ने कहा, ‘‘न्यायाधीशों को शिकायत दर्ज कराने की भी आजादी नहीं है।’’ पीठ ने कहा कि यदि ऐसी शिकायतें दर्ज की जाती हैं तो पुलिस या सीबीआई न्यायपालिका की मदद नहीं करती है। पीठ ने कहा, ‘‘हम झारखंड मामले की सुनवाई सोमवार (9 अगस्त) को करेंगे। हम सीबीआई को नोटिस जारी कर रहे हैं।’’ धनबाद की घटना के मद्देनजर, शीर्ष अदालत ने अदालतों और न्यायाधीशों की सुरक्षा के मुद्दे पर स्वत: संज्ञान लिया है। धनबाद अदालत के जिला एवं सत्र न्यायाधीश-8 उत्तम आनंद 28 जुलाई को सुबह की सैर पर निकले थे, तभी सदर थानाक्षेत्र में जिला अदालत के पास रणधीर वर्मा चौक पर एक ऑटो-रिक्शा ने उन्हें टक्कर मार दी थी जिससे उनकी मौत हो गई। Read the full article
