Send me ⌨ + title to one of my fics and I’ll write a sentence for that fic!

Almost all times, Leila thought.  But she saw no need in pointing that out - the boys were already in trouble. And it appeared that Fred’s lack of manners wasn’t helping things. Mrs. Weasley narrowed her eyes at her son. “You keep your mouth closed while you’re eating!” she snapped.

Fred’s mouth immediately clamped shut before he swallowed hard.  Knowing Fred like she did, it was immensely entertaining to see someone able to get to Fred like that. Fred then eyed George to continue.

“They were starving them, Mum!” George added, careful not to take a bite of food before speaking.  Instead, from behind his back, he tossed Leila a muffin which she nearly missed catching.  “I mean, just look at them!”

Leila scoffed out loud, ready to retort look at yourself, but before she could protest, Ron chimed in.

“There were bars on their window, Mum!” Ron added before sneaking a rather large bite of food in his mouth.

Mrs Weasley quickly turned on her heel, practically jabbing her finger in Ron’s shoulder. “You’d best hope I don’t put bars on your window, Ronald Weasley!”

Ron gulped his food down, nearly choking on it.

Mrs Weasley then rounded on the twins and narrowed her eyes, looking between Fred and George. “And you’d best hope I don’t accidentally starve you.”

Fred and George glanced sideways at each other before Fred asked his mother, “Which one of us are you starving?”

Mrs Weasley groaned and threw her hands up in the air in frustration. “We never had this much trouble with Bill . . . or Charlie . . . or Percy.  Not even combined!  Where did we go wrong?”

Summary:  Harry wasn't the only Potter displaced by the events in Godric's Hollow on Halloween 1981. Leila, Harry's twin, was also there that night. Now, headed into her sixth year, Leila finds that everything changes when she falls into the arms of Hogwarts resident Death Eater, Draco Malfoy. Fate steps in and throws her completely off course, leaving her lost along the way. 

Throwback to the very first fanfic I ever read and the one that got me hooked. 

This story is still my fav: just everything about it hit something I love in a story. The Slytherin viewpoint, the siblings who are so different but ultimately have each others backs, the redemption arc, the struggles of growing up, rivalry to romance. Also it made me cry like... a lot. Jan does that sometimes. 

It’s been almost 5 years and I still love this story.

⌨ + Lost Along the Way

“Beds empty!  No note!  Car gone!  You could have died!  You could have been seen!”  Mrs Weasely looked between Fred, George, and Ron - daring them to defy her.  They did not.  “Your father could have lost his job!” She carefully tacked on.

The three Weasely boys taking on the brunt on the storm seemed to deflate a little.  Leila’s heart began to beat a little more rapidly seeing the boys in trouble and her anxiety was just about to surge when Mrs Weasley surprised her.  The Weasely matriach wrapped an arm around Leila’s shoulder and pulled her close. She softly smiled down at Leila before looking at Harry with the same smile.

“Not that blame either of you two, Harry and Leila.” The compassion was evident in her voice as she gently rubbed Leila’s arm while she still held the young girl tight. “Why just last night Arthur and I were talking about getting you two ourselves.  If we hadn’t heard from either of you two by Friday . . .”

“If you were just going to get them anyway then what’s the big deal we did it already?” Ron muttered.  Obviously he hadn’t intended to say it loud enough for his mother to hear.  If looks could kill, Ron would have been dead from the withering look Mrs Weasley sent her son.

“The big deal? What’s the big deal?” She scoffed. “The big deal is that the three of you were flying halfway across the country in an illegal car!”

“But Mum, it was cloudy,” Fred countered while still chewing something. “I made sure we stayed covered by the clouds at all times.”

Almost at all times, Leila thought.  But she saw no need in pointing that out - the boys were already in trouble.

33. which oc has the most genre awareness? which oc has the least?

I'm not entirely sure what this one means and had to google it I still wasn't entirely sure what it mean so clearly I have the least genre awareness but I'm going to take a shot at this. I'd say Marnie has the most because of the amount of reading she does and her love for literature. It's her favorite class after all. The one with the least amount would probably be Wes. Boy is somehow passing classes but barely.

37. which oc has the best handwriting? the worst?

Maiko would definitely have the best handwriting. Her parents expect her to be the best at everything so penmanship has to be perfect. The worst would go to Thorn probably. She takes fast notes during class. You'll find in splotches on her parchment because of how fast she writes. She's broken a lot of quill nibs throughout her years at Hogwarts.

40. if all your ocs were to get into a giant, mcu style fight, who would win?

Probably Marnie because she has magic. She can barely control it at first but once she has control she'd be hard to stop among all of my OCs. Maybe Thorn and Leila could stop her since they have magic too. So probably Thorn and Leila in the end now that I think about it. They'd tag team against Marnie.
