Been thinking sooo much recently about my oc Silvanis.

So I’ve made him some friends !! 😊

CT-0849 or ‘Splash’ is a member of the Coruscant guard. Like the other guy on this list they are frequently assigned to guard Silvanis’ office. Splash is Silvie’s favourite and Splash thinks Silvie is vod’ika shaped so eventually the two get along quite well. Splash is relaxed and a good mediator although occasionally he comes off too casual and accidentally offends a higher ranking being.

Splash is the height of an average clone and he has no visible tattoos or scarring despite being an older clone. He has white hair that’s in the usual regulation cut. He has the typical dark brown eyes. On his armour instead of the straight red lines on the arms his is wavy but that’s the only noticeable change he has from the classic Coruscant guard armour look.

Splash earned his name from being a horrible swimmer when they were taught as cadets on Kamino. So awful in fact that even though he did eventually learn to swim the memory of almost drowning a few dozen times keeps him away from large bodies of water.

CT-6656 or ‘Clover’ is also a member of the Coruscant Guard. He is a rigid follower of rules and tends to address everyone in a formal manner. Clover has a sarcastic sense of humour that many natborns find difficult to work out at first.

Clover is the height of an average clone and has the usual brown hair and brown eyes. He has a long scar from his nostril to his forehead from breaking up a fight while patrolling. He has a tattoo of a clover on the back of his neck however his longer than average hair covers it now. He has the typical paint of a Coruscant guard member

Clover received his name after Leaf(umm one of my other clones in big bag of ocs- Leaf typically works near the gardens and as such knows a lot more about plantlife than most clones) jokingly rubbed the then shiny’s helmet for good luck before placing a bet. Leaf won the bet and started to call his Vod’ika his lucky clover and sought him out before every bet to rub poor Clover’s helmet. No matter what Clover does he ends up with a spot on top of his helmet where the paint wears thin much faster than the rest of the paint job.

Posting about my (main) silly little Star Wars ocs because I have like four posts to my name 😂 but now I will have FIVE !!!

My Main Oc is a former Jedi called Salo!

Salo is a Togruta in his mid 20’s(during the clone war era) and early 40’s(rebels era)

He left the Jedi order just before first year of the clone wars but offered to still serve as a medic during it. He left due to believing he held too many attachments to properly serve as a Jedi. After order 66 was called he survived due to many not knowing about his history with the order and he left to become a bounty hunter

Salo quite often day-dreams and due to this tends to forget if he did actually do something or if he imagined he did. As such many people think he is forgetful. While never not friendly Salo doesn’t make an effort to extend his friend group. After order 66 he withdraws more than he already had and feels quite anxious speaking with people he didn’t know prior. This has not stopped him from somehow acquiring many adopted children that follow him around like ducklings

One of my other oc’s is the Quarzite Senator known as Silvanis Breic!

He is the star-warised version of an old warrior cat oc and I admit this shamelessly

He is a member of the Kage species and is quite young for a senator, only being in his mid to late teens. Their parents were prisoners of war during a civil war lasting generations between the Kage and the Belugans on the planet, captured while on a trip outside their village alongside their (at the time) young son. The tyrannical Lord of the Belugans saw advantage in raising Silvanis as a senator, to try and show the rest of the galactic senate(and by extension, the Jedi) that since a Kage was speaking on behalf of the planet no outside involvement was necessary. The last senator, an aging Belugan, quit when he realised galactic war had broken out as the stress of it and the civil war back home was something they didn’t want to deal with. Due to them quitting unexpectedly soon Silvanis had to step up to the role younger and less prepared than planned.

Silvanis is very poor at socialising with people outside of senate meetings and debates. He wasn’t socialised very well as a child and he finds it difficult to read other people’s emotions. While he is very perceptive Silvanis rarely chooses to act on what he sees unless it affects him or his job. They struggle with trusting other people and is known to hold grudges for quite a long period of time.

Database(CT-7828) is one of my clone ocs!

He is a starfighter pilot and he loves his job, in fact it is quite difficult to get him to stop talking about his ship. He earned his name from seemingly having the answer to every question one of his vode might have about airships. He even has a tattoo of his Starfighter on his cheek!

Despite his talkativeness when dealing with starfighters, Database is difficult to talk too about anything else. He is quite shy while approaching people who aren’t a clone and most conversations with him result in an awkward silence while he loads up what to say.

Today instead of brain my head is occupied by my oc Silvanis Breic so here’s me rambling on about them again LMAO

-He uses They/He pronouns and identifies more with masculine non-binary than a man. On the note of identity, Silvanis is Aromantic.

-They have worked on clone personhood bills for the senate and has worked with Senators Bail, Chuchi and Amidala on them.

-They are a senator for the planet Quarzite (the one where Boba and Ventress worked together for a bounty during the clone wars) ! He is not very well liked there and tries to keep his visits back to his home planet as limited as possible.

-He is based off a warrior cat oc I had in a discord roleplay! The cats name was Sootberry/star. Sootberry lives in my brain rent free as well I loved that guy

-He struggles to make allies in the senate due to the reputation having a civil war back home brings and his difficulty knowing how to interact with others

-He feels an immense guilt at being a senate puppet for the Belugan lord and dislikes most of his work. At the same time he doesn’t know what he is without it. It’s all he’s ever been taught to do.

-Deep down Silvanis is absolutely afraid of crossing Lord Blank and what the consequences might be for it.

-He doesn’t remember a lot about his parents as it has been many, many years since he has seen them.

-Silvanis is small and rather weak however this does not make his unintentional.. and intentional glares and stares any less intimidating.

-He gets sick or faints quite easily as well and it is not uncommon for him to have to visit a doctor or medic due to this. This mostly stems from the difficulty Silvanis finds in both reading his body and finding time to take care of it once he realizes what he needs.

Office Visit

Umm 😊 just a little 900 word quick thingy I wrote for Silvanis. That little guy is 90% of my brain currently

Silvanis reclined back into his chair and stared at the paperwork they had yet to complete. Despite dedicating most of his day -and night- to completing the work it continued to tower over their neatly organized desk. His green eyes skimmed the nearest page, preparing to sign it after he finished with his small break. Kage were known for their excellent memory.. or at least that’s what a droid had informed him of after Silvanis had impressed another senator with his ability to recall previous senate matters but the young senator couldn’t remember any point in his life where he hadn’t felt swamped with work. His right hand reached over to massage his dominant hand’s wrist instinctively to prevent cramps but he was stopped by the wrist brace he was wearing.

A light flicked on overhead and he looked up in surprise, his eyes adjusting to seeing in the light rather than the dark. Silvanis had forgotten he had switched it off in hopes to be able to leave the office sooner than later but that was a long gone mission now. His attention settled on a figure in his office doorway- Silvanis recognised the armour as the Coruscant Guard. The young Kage shifted in his chair and sat straighter, his hands coming to rest on the cool metal of their desk.

“Yes?” Silvanis found himself speaking first, he saw the clone straighten up as he addressed him. Exhaustion had crept into the young teen’s voice and carved away some of the formalities that usually decorated his speech. “What has brought you to my office?” Silvanis further prompted from the stranger although he had a sneaking suspicion it most likely had something to do with the clone personhood bill Silvanis had presented to the senate floor just a few rotations ago.

“With all due respect senator, why’d you do it?” The clone asked, nerves bringing him to his point far too swiftly to be considered polite. Silvanis could feel the Guard’s eyes searching his expression from behind the visor. They wondered why the guard was so anxious speaking with him but Silvanis chose to not think on it too much.

“Do what? I have done plenty of things you will have to clarify” Silvanis replied, although he felt as if his suspicion was correct he preferred to have all the clarification he could before he answered.

“Pushing for my brothers’ rights” The clone clarified, clearing his throat. Silvanis had expected this to be what the clone wanted to know but he still found himself unprepared to answer. He wasn’t quite sure what to say and his eyes searched the wall opposite to him as if it would hint towards what to say.

It made sense why the guard was curious to it, Silvanis didn’t fault them for it. The young kage wasn’t as good with people as his job description wanted him to be, he was hard to read with his cold nature and Silvanis didn’t quite understand the emotions of people around him. This didn’t change when he interacted with the guard and so the clones just thought of him as another harsh senator that didn’t want anything to do with them. Silvanis also had not advocated for anything of this nature previously either unlike the other senators he had worked with on this bill so they understood how seemed out of the blue for any outsiders. The reason he did it was quite simple to the senator, Silvanis saw his people in the clone’s position. His people, the kage, had been oppressed by the Belugans for as long as any kage could remember. Silvanis saw some of the discrimination the clones faced and he was reminded of the treatment they had seen his people get his whole life. A part of Silvanis also hoped that if they helped them, it might alleviate some of the guilt he had from the setbacks he knew he was the cause of for the kage warriors. A civil war had raged on Quarzite, his home planet, between the kage and the belugans for centuries and after allying themselves with the republic for trade Lord Otua Blank wanted to keep the republic from involving themselves against his rather tyrannical rule and had chosen to raise a kage to use as a puppet in the senate to try and paint Quarzite more equal than it was. Silvanis had filled that role and played out the Lord’s wishes as he was demanded too. He knew he couldn’t help his people but he could do something to help the clones. Silvanis had justified his advocacy of the clones to Lord Blank by convincing him that the clones may one day remember this and return the favor. “I am not certain myself” Silvanis admitted although the lie didn’t quite fit right in his mouth. He hoped the guard wouldn’t question it. The senator didn’t elaborate any further and an uncomfortable, awkward silence fell between the two of them.

“Thank you for your time senator, I’ll be going” The clone sounded more on edge than he did previously. Silvanis nodded his head forward silently and watched as the guardsman retreated from his office and darkness fell upon the room again. Silvanis blinked a few times to readjust to it. He continued to stare at the wall as a familiar shame burned at him. Shame for what he had done to the kage, shame for the things Silvanis knew would do and the shame he felt at not being able to fit in neatly with anyone around him. One day he was sure it would swallow him alive.

🍍: Where does your OC feel most comfortable?

SALO

Salo feels most comfortable in his ship where he can control the environment and his kids are in arms reach.

SILVANIS

Silvie feels the most comfortable in his office on Coruscant. He doesn’t much like his home planet anymore and his office is the most familiar place in Coruscant.

🍓: Does your OC have any particular scents they like? Or hate?

I can’t smell very well myself so 🤔 these might not be the most accurate

SALO

Salo likes the smell of caf and calming incense burned like lavender. The incense reminds him of the Jedi temple.

SILVANIS

Silvanis doesn’t like cluttered smells. They like typical ‘clean’ smelling things like soap or sterile places like hospital halls and things along those lines.

🌽: How does this OC feel about acts of affection? What's their favourite act of affection, physical or emotional?

SALO

Pre order 66 Salo is more accepting of acts of affection than post. He’s cautious about letting people in. Salo’s favourite act of affection is doing domestic activities with people, washing dishes together, etc and also when they remind him to do something as the Togruta is quite forgetful.

SILVANIS

Silvanis has never really received or given acts of affection. He is confused about it in the beginning but warms up to it. He doesn’t like physical touch but he does acts of service, he’ll help senate matters on the floor that are important to his loved ones. They’ll bring caf to any late night draftt writing. He likes when people talk to him about things while he works but Silvie themselves isn’t the most talkative.

🍻: What's your OC's favourite comfort ritual? How do they calm themselves down after a rough day?

SALO

Pre order 66 Salo will meditate to calm his nerves. Right after he left the order he put this habit on hold but he soon learnt it wasn’t a habit he could drop so he soon picked it up again.

Post order 66 Salo struggles to meditate as he can feel the loss through the force like that, so he takes up watching holos in its place.

SILVANIS

To calm down Silvanis catches up on his work- which isn’t the most sustainable way of calming himself. When he’s very stressed he’ll splurge and get himself good tasting caf and look out the window while he drinks a cup.
