hello beloved anon (whose name may or may not begin with "L"), thank you for the splendid request. I shall provide my answers under a "keep reading" out of courtesy, hopefully it works.

1. first anime you ever watched

Naruto. my brother and I encountered it one day while scrolling channels when I was about 6 or 7 I believe; I was fascinated by how different it was from the cartoons and shows I was used to.

2. first anime crush

I wouldn't really say I've ever had a crush on an anime character, but I'm a big fan of maka from soul eater.

3. favorite anime character

I thought about this a lot while making my fav characters list, and it is probably maka again.

4. least favorite anime character

This one's kinda tough, but I think I'll have to go with the main character from Alien Nine, Yuri Otani. I don't necessarily dislike her in terms of personality but I feel like she spends 70% of the show crying which made her very unpleasant to listen to. Alternatively any weirdly horny character could also go here.

5. list all anime you have ever watched

I have currently seen 211 shows so I shall refrain from making this that long. Though, if anyone is truly curious I do have each one listed and organized by my personal rating in a google doc that I can share.

6. popular anime you didn’t like

Made in Abyss. Really cool concept and decent visuals/music, but I often felt worse after watching an episode than I did before, it almost borders on torture p*rn at times.

This one is also quite tough, I sometimes see a little bit of myself in characters but usually there isn't a ton of similarity. Though I did take a quiz a while ago that said I was similar to Uncle Iroh from avatar and I was very pleased with that answer.

A tie between Renge Miyauchi from non non biyori and Naru Kotoishi from Barakamon.

10. favorite anime animal sidekick

Not technically an animal but Matsumoto from Vivy: Fluorite Eyes' Song was pretty good. Can't think of many off the top of my head honestly.

Nichijou. I actually stopped watching it the first time I tried thinking it was just generic cute stuff, but now it's unquestionably my favorite anime of all time.

Mononoke. Super cool visuals and fairly interesting little stories.

Another difficult question, there are a few different ways I think a show can be fun (visually, plot twists, rapid action, etc.). But since it has all the things I just mentioned, I think I'll have to go with The Tatami Galaxy

Probably Plastic Memories, very similar to the movie I Want to Eat Your Pancreas.

I don't ever really full on sob because of shows, but the scene in Madoka Magica where they face off against the orchestra witch who is a character I won't spoil definitely made me tear up. Still love that scene.

As previously mentioned I think I was like 6 or 7 and I suppose you could say my brother introduced me to it.

I don't know if I have a good answer for this one as I'm not too sure which characters are and are not popular, but I feel like Adamant or Kongo-sensei from Houseki no Kuni is somewhat underappreciated

Was never fond of Black Star from Soul Eater.

25. anime you would recommend to someone who hates anime

Either Cowboy Bebop or FMA Brotherhood usually seem to please people who aren't usually into anime.

There are a couple, but Shimeji Simulation is my favorite manga by far.

Komi-san will be getting an anime adaptation this October which I'll be watching.

28. most upsetting moment in anime, why

The scene in Made in Abyss where one character attempts to amputate the arm of another that has been stabbed by a venomous quill using only a rock and pocket knife. Like 15 straight minutes of a 12 year old screaming and crying in agony.

29. anime that deserves another season

Houseki no Kuni 100%. I've read through the manga for it and there's so much good content that could be covered.

30. one anime conclusion you would change

I would change up the ending of Carole and Tuesday quite a bit, the scope became too grandiose and ended up feeling pretty lame. Still a good show though, especially the first half.

My Theory on The Tracy’s Ages

Please do not copy and re post on other websites.

Here's my theory on Tracy's ages and the years they were born.

They are younger than there original show counterparts but Alan seems to be a lot younger than his counterpart. They have the same birth dates as the original show. According to this website Filmed in Super Marionation Tracy’s profiles, Scott is 11 years older than Alan, so i'm sticking with that age gap.

Here's my guess at there birth years, (I even worked out when they they were conceived, I used a conceived calculator thing on a website)

Scott  - Conceived July 2034 - Born -  4th April 2035 Virgil - Conceived November 2035 - Born 15th August 2036 John - Conceived February 2038 - Born 28th October 2038 Gordon - Conceived May 2040 - Born 14th February 2041 Alan - Conceived June 2045 - Born 12th March 2046

There is a possibility that there Mum got pregnant with Virgil 7 months after Scott was born, ok it's not recommended to get pregnant after given birth so soon, but it does happen in the real life (I know someone got pregnant 5 months after giving birth. it could be why Scott and Virgil are so close.

There is 5 years difference between Gordon and Alan, so why the big age gap. It's hard to know if any of the brothers were born early, on time or late but if I had to guess, Gordon could of been born premature, so that could be the reason for the age gap. But there could of been another reason and that could be when Jeff and Captain Taylor went to Mars for the 1st time between 2041 - 2045, so that could be the main reason. I'm going to stick with that theory and the brothers were born on time. 

I seem to remember Rob Hoegee saying that every season is a year, so season 1 - 2060/61, season 2 -2061/62, season 3 - 2062/63. Virgil said in Signals part 1 that there Father had been missing almost 8 years, so he had been missing 6 years when the show started, so he probably went missing in 2054 and depending how long it took Gordon to heal and getting the new Zero XL built, Jeff could of been missing 8 1/2 to 9 years by the time they rescued him.

If I had to guess when there Mum died I would probably say around or before 2050 Jeff disappeared in 2054 Depending when the episode Breakdown happened, Virgil could of been 23 years old when the show started and he turned 24 in Breakdown, or the episode happened in 2061 and he turned 25 years old in Breakdown

Alan must be at least 14 when the show started, I know it's weird that a 14 year old could fly a rocket in space but don't forget it's 2060 so there could be different laws, also IR is the Tracy's independent rescue company and there Dad was a colonel, so maybe Alan had special permission.

Alan was learning to drive in the episode Designated Driver, the age of learning to driving is 16 -18  depends which country they go by, so as it's a British show they could be going by UK laws which is 17. Rob Hoegee is American and the Tracy's were originally from America, so they could be go by USA law which is 16, Tracy Island is near Australia and New Zealand so they could be going by there laws, which is 17/18 in Australia and 16 in New Zealand.  But as it's 2060 laws could have changed, so the age of learning to drive could probably be lowered.

Alan graduated from school in the last episode, again depending which country they go by (UK, America, Australia and New Zealand) it's between 16 -18, so i'm sticking with him being 17 when he graduated. I know he fell behind in his work at one point but he could of caught up.

Also due to Alan being at least 5 years younger than Gordon, Alan said in Home on the Range he was away at school, and in Life Signs it seems that he didn't seem to take part in any training with the others.

I would like to guess Kayo's and Lady Penelope ages too but it's more difficult, but if I had to guess Kayo is 20 and Lady Penelope is 23 in 2060

There’s a few things to establish first... some facts and things I’m gonna assume based on how things are presented.

The series starts in 2060 (as quoted by Virgil in Ring of Fire)

If Alan is graduating now, he’s probably 18 (as I mentioned in reply to blanket-fish and few others ^^) and usually that’d be June-ish in NA school systems... and since we’re dealing with american characters and largely american writers, including the head writer... I’m goin’ with that!... SO... current eps would be around then.

Also gonna assume Scott is about 10 years older than Alan. (Some old TAG magazine that I hold to a grain of salt said 9 years... but I mean. 10 is nicer and I mean... TECHNICALLY with how their birthdays are... you could say actually they’re 9 years and lil’ over 11 months apart. SO, then that would make it 9 years technically if you really wanna round down. lol BUT yeah, I’m goin’ with 10.)

So first let’s talk about spacing. Generally when I age the boys I try to give them at LEAST 18 months between them... which is really the amount of time one should give themselves between pregnancies at the very least. That’s easy for most of them... only John and Gordon come in a bit under that, but we’ll get back to that.

SO... I wanna go with, as of current eps, Scott is 28.

That’d make him born April 4th, 2035. (I think that’s right anyways.) Then we can make Virgil August 15th, 2037. (Which puts them 2 years and several months between.) John then October 8th, 2039, also over 2 years apart from Virgil... perf. THEN.. Gordon.

Gordon is the 14th of February. Now to make him 2041 that would mean their Mom had Gordon a lot sooner... like VERY lot sooner than like... the recommended time off after John. They’re such troublemakers those two. XDDD (THEY are, in fact, the reason TOS Virgil and John were switched. The company (that owned TOS at the time) wanted to make a “style guide” and  wanted the birthdates to match one info with a tighter age spread with John 22 and Gordon 21... which meant Gordon would be born 4 months after John. Which would be a WEE BIT IMPOSSIBLE. In the end they decided to switch John and Virg and tweak things to fit... that’s the tl;dr version of the story, but yeah!) SO yeah, the better choice might be to shove him another year to 2042, which then leaves plenty of time and is better for their Mom.

OKAY. SO. In current time then...

Scott is 28, Virgil 25 (26 in like less than 2 months), John 23 (24 in less than 4 months), Gordon then could be 21 (or 22 but ehhh) and Alan 18.

Then as for some of the other cast... Kayo is kinda hard to place these days, though I feel like given how she interacts with the older boys she is definitely a little on the older scale... but IDK where exactly. In TOS Tin-Tin was 22 and birthday June 20th, but that was to be close to Alan.

Penelope has come up... especially that line in RoF about her looking into things for Jeff. Don’t forget her looking into things is her and Parker looking into things. He’d be most likely one digging into stuff for her. XDa But yeah hrm... 17-18 then making her 25-26 now doesn’t sound so bad? lol 26 was actually her listed age in TOS. (Her birthday being Christmas Eve.) Once you get into your 20s and onwards a few years between people becomes nothing in regards to her and Gordon. ^^b And yeah. IDK. Late teen for sleuthing doesn’t bother me, but then I’ve grown up reading the likes of Nancy Drew and such, soooo... XDa Even being 16 isn’t tooooooooooo far fetched imho, but yeah. That line didn’t age well. lol Oops.

Grandma is a big \O_o/ And Jeff’s January 2nd birthday and was 56... I’d guess something similar in TAG, less perhaps a few years. ^^b That works fine for the boys. (Mid-late 20s then when Scott was born.)

And Brains... November 14th, for the record and in TOS he was 25, but I really do believe he’s much older in TAG. Well into his 30s even, since he’s been to university and worked for Fischler awhile after... then Jeff happened. Brains likely woulda been late teen or early 20s then? Then the TV-21 was built and sank... Scott was ‘just a kid’ when that happened. So like... 28... minus 8 years, minus maybe another 5-6? to make Scott 15-14... so near Alan’s ‘just a kid’ type age? But coulda been even bit younger. Plus then add a year or two working for Jeff and making the TV-21 and everything... Then if say he was least 18 when came to work for Jeff... Def talking in the realm of mid-30s. SO. That is my guess. lol (And so why I tend to think of Brains being like... older surrogate brother or uncle to the boys... cause he woulda met them all when they were decidedly kids.)

SO YEAH. These are my brain thinkings. I feel like I’m forgetting something, but I am le-tired. Be interesting to see if we get any more clues from the last ep or if Rob spills some data on twitter, which he has suggested he might least in regards to Jeff... so we shall see. XDa

OH lastly... for any of my fellow visual folk here’s my lil’ helpful chart that shows how I figured out time between birthdates of the older boys. (Remember you need 9ish (very much ISH) months for being pregnant. Then they recommend 18 months between being pregnant... yes Virg and John are a titch under that, but least not by TOO too much.)

TL;DR BIO

Julien is the youngest Schuester and therefore feels the greatest amount of pressure from his dad to carry on his legacy. Julien is a natural born performer and leader, and is often described as the leading man of the New Directions. As a child, he wanted to play football or baseball but never pursued it because he saw how disappointed it made his father. When he got to high school and it was time to decide between doing the fall play or spring musical vs. a sport, he always chose theater in order to remain the golden child in his father’s eyes. His saving grace was hockey, a winter sport that didn’t conflict with any of his performing arts. When Julien started playing hockey, he completely fell in love with it. Sometimes he thinks he likes it more than he likes being in glee club, but he’d never utter that aloud. He’s getting ready for his senior year and to apply for college and his dilemma is trying to figure out how to tell his parents he wants to leave the arts behind. 

FULL BIO

Julien Dean Schuester was born on October 8 to Will and Emma Schuester. He was the last of their “happy accidents,” and a true miracle baby due to there being a lot of complications with his birth, namely that he was premature. After he was born and it was clear to Will and Emma that none of his birth complications would have longterm effects, it was a huge relief. But Emma, ever the worrier, still coddled him which ultimately resulted in him being a tried and true mama’s boy. The fact that he suffered from the same condition as her, albeit his OCD was substantially less severe, only made his attachments to her stronger.

It was no secret that Will Schuester was a bit of a Lima legend. It was no secret that the same would be expected of his children. It was easier for Julien to manage the pressure and expectations when his brother Daniel was around, but because of their age gap, he moved out when Julien was 10 or 11 years old. Therefore, for his formative pre-teen and teen years, he was the only son in the house and he felt the burden of Will’s expectations on a daily basis. 

All of the schiblings were undoubtedly musically and artistically gifted, but none of them shared in their father’s extreme passion for the arts. Finn was talented enough, but her path led to her working more behind the scenes and having her own radio show. Wren, on the other hand, was a great artist and actively rebelled against the idea of being in glee club or anything or the sort, despite her talents. These factors largely contributed to why Julien felt like a lot of the pressure to live up to the Schuester name fell on him. Whether or not that was true was up for debate, but he certainly believed it. 

The reality was though, Julien liked Glee club and performing. He was good at it, he liked the attention he got from it, and it made him happy to make his dad happy. The only problem was that he didn’t only like Glee Club and there were other parts of him that he wanted to explore as well but didn’t, because he thought it’d disappoint his father. One of these was sports. He could never do football because of the fall play and he could never do baseball because of the spring musical. Glee and theater were to always come first, so if he wanted to do a sport, Will told him it would have to be a winter one. That was how Julien discovered hockey. He started playing when he was in sixth grade and got surprisingly good at it. 

Julien is currently a junior in high school therefore he’s bracing himself for all of the big decisions he’ll have to make come his final year at McKinley. He’s still a part of the New Directions, swiping solos left and right, and absolutely thriving. However, what no one knows is that instead of applying to NYADA and other schools like it, the youngest Schuester is working with his coach to try and get scouted to play college hockey. As much as he loves glee and performing, he’s realizing that he doesn’t want to make it a part of his career. He wants to be able to go to college and go to parties or join a fraternity and just enjoy himself. But he’s a people pleaser at heart, so whether or not he’ll be able to go with his gut and carve out his own path is still undetermined.

महाराष्ट्र में मरीजों का आंकड़ा 14 लाख और आंध्र प्रदेश में 7 लाख के पार, यह देश में कुल संक्रमितों का 32.87% हिस्सा है

गुरुवार को देश में 81,693 संक्रमित मिले और 78,646 रिकवर हुए; 1096 लोगों की जान गई

रिलायंस लाइफ साइंसेज ने एक ऐसी आरटी-पीसीआर किट तैयार की है जो 2 घंटे में नतीजे बता सकती है। कंपनी के सूत्रों के मुताबिक, मौजूदा समय में आरटी-पीसीआर टेस्ट से कोरोना का पता लगाने में 24 घंटे का समय लगता है। मुकेश अंबानी की कंपनी में तैयार की गई इस किट का नाम आर-ग्रीन (सार्स कोव2 रियल टाइम पीसीआर) रखा गया है। यह किट सार्स कोव 2 वायरस के ई-जेन, आर-जेन, आरडीआरपी जेन का पता लगा सकती है।

इंडियन काउंसिल फॉर मेडिकल रिसर्च (आईसीएमआर) ने इसका परफॉर्मेंस सही पाए जाने पर इसे तकनीकी मंजूरी दी है। हालांकि, अभी तक काउंसिल ने इस किट के डिजाइन को अप्रूव नहीं किया है। इसे यूजर फ्रेंडली होने के लिए भी सर्टिफाई नहीं किया गया है।

देश में कोरोना मरीजों का आंकड़ा 63 लाख 38 हजार 813 हो गया है। इनमें 53 लाख 93 हजार 584 लोग रिकवर हुए हैं। मरने वालों की संख्या 1 लाख 318 हो गई है। देश में रिकवरी रेट भी 10 दिनों में 80% से बढ़कर 83.67% हो गया है। ये आंकड़े covid19india.org के मुताबिक हैं।

देश में 7.60 करोड़ टेस्ट हुए देश में अब तक 7.60 करोड़ टेस्ट किए जा चुके हैं। हर दिन 10 से 11 लाख टेस्ट हो रहे हैं। बीच में यह आंकड़ा करीब 15 लाख भी पहुंचा था। इसके बावजूद हम अभी इस मामले में अमेरिका, रूस और ब्रिटेन से काफी पीछे हैं। भारत में जहां हर 10 लाख की आबादी पर 53 हजार 634 टेस्ट किए जा रहे हैं। वहीं, ब्रिटेन में इतनी ही आबादी पर 3 लाख 60 हजार 527, अमेरिका में 3 लाख 24 हजार 403 और रूस में 3 लाख 15 हजार 176 लोगों की जांच की जा रही है।

कोरोना अपडेट्स

उत्तराखंड में विधानसभा सत्र से एक दिन पहले प्रदेश के वन मंत्री डॉ. हरक सिंह रावत कोरोना पॉजिटिव पाए गए हैं। उन्हें अचानक सांस लेने में तकलीफ होने लगी थी। डॉक्टर्स की सलाह पर गुरुवार देर रात उन्हें दून मेडिकल कॉलेज अस्पताल में भर्ती कराया गया है।

पंजाब सरकार ने रात का कर्फ्यू और रविवार का लॉकडाउन हटाने समेत कई पाबंदियां खत्म कीं। अब विवाह और संस्कार में 100 से ज्यादा लोग जा सकेंगे। बसों में 50% यात्रियों की कैपेसिटी और कार में 3 लोगों के सवार होने की ढील दी गई।

वंदे भारत मिशन के सातवां फेज गुरुवार से शुरू हो गया। इस महीने 19 देशों से 820 अंतरराष्ट्रीय विमान उड़ान भरेंगीं। विदेश मंत्रालय के प्रवक्ता अनुराग श्रीवास्तव ने कहा कि 16.45 लाख भारतीयों को 30 सितंबर तक वंदे भारत मिशन के तहत अपने देश लाया गया है।

कांग्रेस के राज्यसभा सांसद अहमद पटेल गुरुवार को कोरोना पॉजिटिव मिले। उन्होंने उन सभी से होम क्वारैंटाइन होने की अपील की है जो पिछले कुछ दिनों में उनके संपर्क में आए।

पांच राज्यों का हाल

1. मध्यप्रदेश

गुरुवार को 2041 नए मरीज मिले और 2545 लोग ठीक हुए। इंदौर में 469 नए मरीज मिले। शहर में अब एक्टिव मरीजों की संख्या 4533 पर पहुंच गई है। यहां अब तक 24475 संक्रमित मिल चुके हैं। इनमें से 19370 ठीक हो गए। अब तक 572 लोगों की मौत हो चुकी है।

2. राजस्थान

गुरुवार को 2193 संक्रमित मिले। जयपुर में सबसे ज्यादा 432 केस आए और 251 मरीज ठीक हो गए। सवाई माधोपुर में मृत्युदर सबसे ज्यादा 2.1% है। जिले में अब तक 921 केस आए हैं। इनमें से 19 लोगों की मौत हो चुकी है। अलवर, झालावाड़ और हनुमानगंज में मृत्युदर सबसे कम 0.4% है।

3. बिहार

गुरुवार को 1370 केस आए और 1242 मरीज ठीक हुए। 2 संक्रमितों की मौत हुई। यूपी के बाद यहां सबसे ज्यादा टेस्ट किए जा रहे हैं। 24 घंटे में यहां 1 लाख 20 हजार 371 टेस्ट किए गए। राज्य में अब तक 73.86 लाख टेस्ट किए जा चुके हैं। यहां मृत्युदर सिर्फ 0.5% है। सबसे कम मृत्युदर के मामले में यह दादरा-नगर हवेली, अंडमान-निकोबार के बाद तीसरे नंबर पर है।

4. महाराष्ट्र

गुरुवार को 16 हजार 476 मरीज बढ़े और 16 हजार 104 लोग ठीक हो गए। राज्य में अभी 2 लाख 59 हजार 6 एक्टिव केस हैं। राज्य में बीते चार दिनों में रविवार को छोड़कर बाकी दिन नए मरीजों की तुलना में ठीक हुए मरीजों की संख्या ज्यादा रही। टेस्ट पॉजिटिविटी रेट (20.4%) यहां देश में सबसे ज्यादा है, यानी यहां हर 100 टेस्ट पर 20 लोग पॉजिटिव पाए जा रहे हैं।

5. उत्तर प्रदेश

उत्तर प्रदेश में पिछले 24 घंटों में 1,64,787 टेस्ट किए गए। अब तक कुल 1,02,63,709 सैंपल्स की जांच की गई है। यूपी के अपर मुख्य सचिव गृह अवनीश कुमार अवस्थी ने कहा- राज्य सरकार द्वारा जारी नई गाइडलाइन्स के तहत स्कूल और कोचिंग संस्थान 15 अक्टूबर के बाद अलग-अलग फेज वाइज खोला जा सकेगा।
