The latest off-color art: Kamala Khan and Carol Danvers, aka Ms. Marvel and Captain Marvel. They provided a nice range of colors for me to try, and I had fun with the pose, too. I'll post my image alone later if people want a better look, but I wanted to squeeze in my sources to make comparing easier. Bruce Timm’s Supergirl — Based on the Meggan pictures, I’m assuming her hair is actually green in my version, but, seriously, it does look yellow/blonde to me. 

Timm seems to have used colored pencils in his work, and that was, unfortunately, a style I am not adept enough Painter X3 yet to duplicate. So mine is a mix of colored pencils and acrylics. I didn’t pay much attention to shading or the clouds because, for the most part, it’d either just be picking white or a particular shade of grey (which even I can get right) or mind-numbingly tedious (and, given my inability to duplicate his exact medium, it probably wouldn’t look right anyway).

So, if you’re so inclined, let me know what you think. I promise not to wince.
