Hệ thống ống gió hở gây thất thoát nhiệt, tiêu tốn điện năng và làm gia tăng nồng độ bụi

Phin lọc bọ bẩn do không tay định kì làm giảm lưu lượng gió, giảm khả năng lọc bụi, tiêu tốn điện năng vận hành

Có nhiều phương pháp bảo trì hệ thống HVAC trong đó có bảo trì theo kế hoạch hay còn gọi là bảo trì phòng ngừa, đây là một phần quan trọng của việc quản lý cơ sở vật chất và điều kiện sản xuất kinh doanh

Mục đích của phương pháp này là thiết kế quy trình bảo trì phù hợp để cải thiện hiệu suất và độ an toàn của thiết bị hệ thống và hạn chế được những gián đoạn không đáng có khi vận hành

Hơn nữa, việc bảo trì theo kế hoạch sẽ giúp cải thiện vòng đời của hệ thống và tránh đc những hành động bảo trì đột xuất

Những ảnh hưởng nếu không bảo trì kbaor dưỡng AHU

Hệ thống bẩn, cho ra không khí không trong lành, cần liên hệ dịch vụ bảo dường AHU sớm nhất có thể

Cánh quạt không được cân chỉnh, gây rung lắc là hư hỏng, các ổ bi không được tra mỡ có thể bị bó và cháy motor quạt vì thế cần gọi bảo trì AHU ngay

Hệ thống gỉ sét nhanh khi bị bám bẩn, đặc biệt là dàn coil nước, nếu bị rỉ sét sẽ không thể phục hồi mà bắt buộc phải thay thế và ogair sữa chữa AHU

Dàn AHU bị rung, gây ra những tiếng ồn khó chịu cho người sử dụng
