you don't have to be vegan to make little changes that help your health and also the environment in teeny ways. you can be a "cheater vegetarian" and eat meat at restaurants. you can be "vegan-ish" and avoid animal products for "the most part." you can make no changes except switch dairy milk for almond or soy or whatever. you can cut down your land meat consumption and go for fish instead. you can do any of these things. or none of them. it is up to you
but my point mainly here is that vegans who try to force an all or nothing mindset when it comes to plant based eating aren't helping advance their cause. at all.
