#I wanted to draw something fluffeyyyyy and this came out #if I had to put a name on this drawing it would be ‘safe. home’ because that’s how he feels when he’s in his arms #ANYWAYS. I like to give Vincent sort of corpse like details #He’s always covered from chin to toe but under those clothes he doesn’t only have the scars from everything Hojo and Lucretia did to him #while dead and then after he was revived. I mentioned he was enhanced and to make a SOLDIER scar is…well not a simple feat but Vincent is #his own kind of enhanced. He’s not like SOLDIER. He had three demons and a god-like WEAPON sealed in him so yeah.#Anyways i suppose that the first things you would notice would be the red under his eyes that looks a bit purple the more nights he spends #awake. It would give him sort of an aerie look that makes him even prettier but then there’s his hands and feet. the nails would look #blue-ish and one of his arms is terribly mangled and sort of monstrous/dead looking i supposed it was cut off and it regenerated like that #because of Chaos and company. then there’s the scars from where Hojo and Lu tore him open like a corpse and looked around his brain #cuts lacerations deep wounds they would heal normal that is why often he decides to act as a human shield for AVALANCHE if he doesn’t have #time to conjure a SHIELD to Cid’s dismay. Often if the wound is life threatening a limit break will take over and he will heal good as #new or well as he is now ha.#vincent valentine #cid highwind #valenwind #ffvii #i just love them #Cid would often cling to him if Vincent doesn’t do that first #OHHH another hc! Cid snores Vincent doesn’t BUT his lungs are not normal now so you can hear his breathing when he sleeps deeply also his #throat was cut open at some point so his vocal chords were cut and his voice sounds a bit deeper than it did before

now that i've seen the DIK fight island obstacle course and how it's. a course. not just them swimming all day makes me wonder who would do best at running through sand. bc you gotta have a technique. or a certain kinda muscle built up. sand is difficult terrain but by pitting garu-dante-quin against each other... hmmm... that's tricky bc they ARE pretty evenly matched. a trio of athletic little lads

the thing that fucks me up about rereading instructions for dancing is trying to pinpoint when it is that derek becomes obsessed with stiles and realizing the answer seems to be always. from the beginning. the moment they met. that poor bastard. he probably should have tried to be a little nicer about it, though, saved them both some hardship.

I think it slides so quickly from fear and annoyance that Stiles will steal Scott away to 'Oh no, oh fuck,' I'm not even sure Derek knows himself. Poor guy hamstrung himself by starting out with the 'I'm going to scare him away' mentality then wondering where the hell that went and trying to find it again through almost every subsequent interaction (while something so much bigger and so much worse - Derek's Thoughts™ - completely eclipsed it). Meanwhile Stiles also helps cultivate Derek's dickish-ness by assuming that original motivation to be his only interest in him at all, essentially until the moment Derek tells him he's in love with him.

Which is hopefully why it seemingly comes out of left field for Stiles and the reader, because that's what I wanted.

#i mean you should definitely think: uh ohhh derek caught feeelings before that moment #but since it's stiles and scott pov - they are the bright spots in each other's worlds so they are the focus #and occasionally derek will come along and glow around the edges and distract stiles a bit but that's all he is - a momentary distraction #and he's still that when he finds out that scott may be stiles' bright spot but they don't want each other the way derek wants #and so he blurts out 'i'm in love with you' before someone else shows up to want the same way he does #and since we've been in stiles' head and only gotten to see the moments that define him and derek is in so few of those #he's COMPLETELY thrown for a loop because what do you mean?? how could derek be in love with him??#how could stiles be all his defining moments and NOT know it y'know?#(because if you got instructions from derek's pov stiles wOULD BE so many of them)#and realizing they are in different places by a lot but not wanting that to mean they can't be anything more to each other says #'give me a chance to catch up' which in my mind is the only thing and the perfect thing #that was the very first scene i wrote for that fic actually - it changed almost ENTIRELY before the end but that line stayed the same #i just love the idea that you can be totally oblivious to something so defining for someone. that people can be such enigmas #inject that shit directly into my veins pls and thank you!#sorry i just love that dynamic so i can yammer on for DAYS about it lol #thank you for the ask and yeah you're pretty dead on about that haha #instructions for dancing #sterek #teen wolf #!ask

most fucked up thing at my new job is there's only zero calorie sweeteners at the coffee station in the break room. three different kinds of zero calorie sweetener but no regular sugar because the assumption is that literally everyone is on a diet?

so i'm relistening to Bridgewater season 1 and i was looking at the real Bridgewater Triangle wiki page and the map of the area and out of curiosity i cross-referenced the area with this travel map of Supernatural and noticed that while Dean (and Sam) never ventured into the triangle they got close when they visited Providence, Rhode Island which is just over 10 miles away from the closest corner of the triangle on the other side of the Massachusetts state line, and why were they in Providence? well, the episode was 2x13 Houses of the Holy ie. the very first angels ep where Dean (a seasoned supernatural hunter) didn't believe in angels even though they later turned out to be real. meanwhile Bridgewater focuses on a seasoned folklore professor living in the Bridgewater Triangle who doesn't believe in the supernatural even though it later turns out to be real and is played by the actor who plays the angel Castiel who is the first real angel Dean meets.

#I WISH TO KNOW THE FATAL FLAW THAT MAKES LONG TO BE MAGINIFICENTLY CURSED is SOOOOO jason coded tbh #anyways. look away if you're immediately put away by the infidelity trope bc i will brush over it #i'm thinking. jason is dead and nico one day just NEEDS to talk/see jason for whatever reason #and he goes to the underworld looking for him and he finds him #and he doesn't propose taking him out because jason wouldn't want that #but they talk #and then nico leaves and then he comes back and then it becomes like a thing #and they start getting closer and closer and the line between the living and the dead is already so blurred for nico but now with jason in #the mix they're basically invisible #and jason is also in a position where he's like?? nico is NOT spending his days with the LIVING because of ME! but then he doesn't want him #to go. eternally sscrficial jason grace letting himself be selfish for once but being in constant struggle because of this #and nico is also like. i want him back i can take him back but i won't do that i respects choices.#and anyways along all of this they're slowly falling in love/realising there was something there that went unaddressed #and there's this lingering sadness surrounding it because if they had just had time maybe maybe MAYBE they would have realised #OHHH its angsty #and i said it borders the infidelity trope because will is just there. 🕴#and technically nico is happy with will. he's ok. but he can't stop jason putting roots in his dreamland.#and because if i would write this (i won't) i would make jasonico as maybe at least crossing into emotional affair territory :)#idk what the conclusion would be? who you think is more insane? would jason accept going back or would nico need to force himself to let go?#bc by not doing so he's also keeping jason from rebirth and/or moving on. which not fair either.#tbh i think the main arc should be jason wanting to live.
