José poke @corksunleashed You have to recover from parties but you can do it with good wines. This 2011 Volnay makes you dream, right? On the nose, the wine is marked with crème de cassis, spices and very light woody notes. In the mouth it is velvety, the tannins are melted. We find the fruit and complex notes. For me it is an intimate wine conducive to reflection, it's enough in itself. I know that we make Pinot Noir everywhere but we cannot make Burgundy everywhere. 🍇 🍇 Un mois de janvier sobre ? Non non et non Il faut se remettre des fêtes mais on peut le faire avec des bons vins. Ce Volnay de 2011 vous donne envie non ? Au nez le vin est marqué sur la crème de cassis, les épices et des notes boisées très légères En bouche c'est du velour, les tanins sont fondus. On retrouve le fruit et des notes complexes. Pour moi c'est un vin intime propice à la réflexion, il se suffit à lui-même.
