Elrond in the hobbit movies though. fucking gorgeous. I wish I had better more tolkien-y versed poetic words to describe him. mf is too pretty for his own good and its not just his ethereal appearance but his entire being-has been around for a longgg time, has been through a lot of bullshit, brimming with wisdom and empathy and kindness and somehow manages to radiate such gentleness. Would give the nicest safest most welcoming hugs ever. He is the living embodiment of endearment
