#we used to live there so this is all my moms old stuff#and my old stuff i guess (the kids games)#i do not remember what making fiends is but it intrigued me. so did math blaster#the dr seuss one gave me a visceral memory#there are more fascinating things i may snap up next time..#got my eye on a GORGEOUS radio/record player/casette player/cd player#like wtaf uhh i need that yesterday#but mom doesnt want to deal with it yet smh (idk where in our apartment it would go anyways)#rambles#physical media#on a prior trip we brought back her old macbook which dual boots with windows#and we are going to try getting some files off it (mac os stopped working. need to reinstall) and then it will be mine..#im so excited. its got a dvd port. its got windows. gonna try getting linux on there too#if only just to make it an absolute frankensteins monster of a machine
