"oooo tumblr is made for communication twitter is just a cesspool of trash and bad opinions" i made more connections on twitter in tf community than i do on tumblr To This Day cuz saying things to people is much easier and very much expected when tumblr has completely different etiquette you losers keep spouting about every other month. i know my experience isnt universal but it really always comes down to navigating your spaces but with tumblr while its easier to navigate them i do find it harder to connect with people in this community.

#ko tf posting #this is not twitter defense but when i see twitter complains like this im just #bestie what kind of people are you following that you keep seeing trash on your timeline #it is hard to casually communicate with people on tumblr because i have big social anxiety #and replying or leaving a lot of tags on some strangers posts can be. weird #on twitter theres only just replies. and more often than not they're appreciated. esp for artists #i found audience on twitter. i finally get commissions. idk. struggling to get anything on tumblr for ove a year fucked me up real bad #im not gonan sit here and say that twitter is good in any way. theres very much a lot of problems with the way people talk about things #but again its all about how you navigate your spaces #im still paranoid about things but its a me problem not anyone elses
