2 Years With Panda-Writes-Kpop

2 years. Holy shit.

The last two years have been chaotic and adventurous, entertaining and draining, and fun and emotional, but I wouldn't take back any of it. ❤️ I've had so much fun maintaining, managing, commenting, and being this online persona that you've all come to see, interact with, and enjoy. I mean, 1,300+ followers is absolutely nuts to me - I just enjoyed writing for the sake of writing and self-improvement. To see engagement on this level has been mind-blowing and phenomenal, and I'm so thankful. You've all helped lead me to new friendships and new experiences, and I couldn't be happier and more thankful to all of you.

So, here comes some good news - I won't be fully ending this blog. There just won't be regular posts or longer fics with complex storylines. I've come to the realization, over my 2 month hiatus from writing, that I enjoy writing for K-pop idols in smaller amounts, like with drabbles or reaction-style content with the idols that I currently write for. In simpler terms, after December 1st, I'll be taking a one-month hiatus before posting content that is similar to the slushie prompts and other reactions that I've done in the past.

There's a lot of work that I want to get done to help transition into the phase, and I think you'll find these changes helpful and necessary.

And the easiest, introduce you to @kit-kat-katie 😌 This is my writing blog for other fandoms like the Hunger Games and Obey Me. This blog will also hold any longer-style fics or fics that feature a different writing style than what you might be used to here. (I'm putting up a Ryujin fic in a week or so.... so you should go follow if you wanna see that. 🤭)

Separate and re-vamp my rules for writing and my navigation page. It's an absolute train wreck right now, and the end goal is to make it user-friendly to me and to you.

Revamp the masterlist - again, mostly because I think I'm about to hit the link limit on mobile for the Dreamcatcher page, but it also needs some fixing up, plus I want to add some more groups to the main masterlist.

Add more groups and soloists to the masterlist - this is just me needing to sort through variety content for these groups, but if you're curious, here are the groups. (Aespa, New Jeans, IVE, Somi, Eunbi, and more to come, probably.)

Re-open requests. This should be the last and final thing I need to do for this blog. I'm going send out a post when I do, and I'll be encouraging requests to help me finish the slushie prompts since that'll be my goal for 2024. 🥰

Revamp @archive-of-queens - This blog was supposed to be about archiving this blog, but since I'm no longer doing that, it'll serve as a graveyard to all the ideas that never came to life. I just need to fix the intro post, and then I can start to release the content that's been sitting there for a while.

I also need to overhaul the WIP page, but that'll happen in that one-month hiatus.

I'm so excited to start a new era - an era that will be less stressful on me but still provide quality content for you all. I will not be missing the schedule of the WIP that I currently have 🫣 so I'm hoping that having more freedom with less time constraints can help the creativity flow more. ❤️ Thank you for being along for the ride, and I'm so happy that you all will hopefully choose to stay with me for what's to come.

1. Anything surrounding my collections! I'm a magpie and love Owning my fun items and keeping them in an order and organising them. I currently own every Korean txt album and 11/17 Korean red velvet albums.. im getting there. there are almost 100 albums in my kpop collection as a whole collected over 6 years. im a crazy person. I also collect various cute packaging, photocards sometimes, stickers, bunny things and pompompurin stuff :))))

2. Cute food mascots/packaging/mascots in general. I love a little guy. In the Asian store the other day i found the pocky flavours that had either a lion, panda or rabbit on the box and i blacked out and bought the rabbit one. stwabewwy :33 in a similar vein. there's a yummy Korean gummy brand called 내 맘 모랑?! that always makes me giggle whenever i see it lol.. wordplay. I'm also obsessed w pompompurin atm.. sometimes a soulmate is a dog made of pudding.

3. Scrapbooking in my baby a6 hobonichi!! I'm not really one for journalling I find it kind of pressuring but I love to stick things down... transcendent

4. The Korean Language/Translation :) I feel like this is self explanatory lol Korean is one of my favourite things ever and i love translating it and speaking it and explaining stuff abt it to other ppl.

Diligent Blog # 1

Here's some music from my childhood! These are from forms of media that have a OST or soundtrack that I think is a good listen. When writing this, I started off listing music that I liked with no criteria, and it got too long for my liking. So, this list only includes stuff from 10 or more years that I watched/played.

There's probably more.. but I don't remember them right now.

Anime/Animation

Yu-Gi-Oh! Duel Monsters - I think I enjoyed every soundtrack, but I know that the english theme song slaps. I don't care what anyone says, the voice actors and soundtracks created for english dub is iconic. Joey Wheeler is iconic. Everyone in this children's show about a card game is iconic. Even Tristan.

Barbie - Barbie as the Princess and the Pauper, Barbie and the Diamond Castle. nostalgic, screams to my girly soul. Lots of fond memories with them.

Kung Fu Panda - The first movie.

Pokemon The First Movie - Mewtwo Strikes Back (1999) - The American version. I don't know enough about music theory, but the leitmotif((s)?)) used for this movie? Perfection.

Dramas

My Girlfriend Is A Gumiho - this is a korean drama from 2010. It made me very happy when the OST was finally available on spotify.

Iljimae (2008) - a historical korean drama. It is, to this day, a drama I highly favor. The soundtrack created for it is beautiful and is used so well with the scenes from the drama. It is probably a huge factor on why I enjoyed it so much.

You're Beautiful (2009) - unrelated but I had a childish crush on one of the characters, Jeremy. Which in turn lead me to have a crush on the actor, Lee Hong Ki. He is the lead vocalist for the band F.T. Island.

Artists/Musicians/Bands

Vocaloid Producers - wowka, ryo, hachi (Kenshi Yonezu), DECO*27, Neru , there are songs from other producers but they are the most memorable ones to me. I don't follow vocaloid anymore, though I still like to revisit the older songs.

K-Pop 2nd Generation to Early 3rd Generation- 2NE1, Girls Generation (SNSD), TEEN TOP, SHINee, Wonder Girls, Brown Eyed Girls, these are only a few mentions. Second generation of kpop is from 2005 to like 2011. The times back then for K-pop were a little more... vibrant if I remember it right. Experimental, eccentric and stark eye liner, but with matching iconic songs. The ones I can recommend off the top of my head are 'I Got A Boy' from Girls Generation. That one is fun. I heard someone describe it to be similar to Bohemian Rhapsody with it's organized chaos. SHINee 'Replay' and- y'know what here: Old Legendary Kpop Songs.

Games

Persona 4 - I started with Persona 4 with a game play video on Youtube. I remember downloading my favorite soundtracks (shout out to Youtube To MP3) to listen to on my way to school when I finally owned a phone like 3 years later. Can you believe I haven't played the game itself until last year?

Super Mario Bros Melee - The only 3-ish consoles I ever had when I was young were the game cube, Wii and the 3ds. I am listing this one because unfortunately, I never got to play any of the independent games that the soundtracks were from even though I heavily enjoyed them.

Sonic Heroes - The sound effects along with the stage themes really scratched an itch somewhere in my brain. I never got to finish it though. I didn't have that save thing for the game cube so I played every game the furthest I could until it powered off. That means I never got to unlock all the characters for melee.

Super Mario Galaxy - I finished this one! What I said for this is short but the soundtrack is wonderful.

Wii Sports - There's nothing to explain here.

Hi! My name is Ma. Kelly Cathrynna A. Subong, my nickname is keysi/kc, mostly my grade school friends and classmates are the only one who calls me by my nickname, because during that time I hate being called “Kelly” but as I stepped into high school I learned how to love and appreciate pretty name. My birthdate is November 19, 2005, I am 16 years old. I describe myself as an introverted, shy, and quiet person, but I am often talkative with my closest friends and family, I don’t like being the center of attention because I get anxious easily. Since High school I am trying to step out of my shell but it’s not easy so I’m taking it slow, now that I am in Senior high school I am trying also so I can see and show another version of myself so that my friends and family will be proud to what I have become as I grew older. I really love animals especially raccoons, hedgehogs, and pandas, I find them really cute and I really want to hug them if I only can. I also want to have a pet cat but sadly my mom doesn’t allow me to :(, but it is okay for me though.

My hobbies are watching series, movies, reading books, listening to music, and crocheting. I love watching series and movies if I have time and I also consider it as my “me time”. I like reading books because it help me escape reality for a short time because all of us also need to take a rest, so if I am trying to rest I read books. Listening to music makes me calm and relax, I LOVE listening to music every time whatever I’m doing even I’m doing chores, writing notes, doing school works, and when I am alone in our house, but there’s one thing that I cannot listen to music when I’m doing this, it’s about me studying for our tests because I prefer my surroundings being quiet so I can focus and remember the things I studied. I found crocheting my hobby this summer because I have nothing to do so I tried to do crocheting and it became my hobby ever since, I tried to learn crocheting whole summer so I can also give them to my friends or family as a gift, but since the school year started I haven’t done some crochet pieces because I am busy with my school.

              Lastly, I love KPOP it is also one of the reason why I love listening to music, I stan the groups ATEEZ and TXT, but I also love listening to the other groups’ songs. ATEEZ and TXT are one of my motivation when it comes to going on with life they have huge part and special place in my heart, they made my teenage years memorable and happy, with their music and contents, that is also one of the reason why I study hard so I can have enough money to go to their concert next time, I really hope so! 1. why did you choose your url?

I’m a mathgeek! that's it! Starting in elementary school I went to the junior high school for math classes in the morning, and then at the end of junior high I went to the high school for my math classes again, and was always in math with the grade older than me. I took AP Calc as a junior and got a 5 on the AP test, so it kinda fits I guess. I actually made the moniker for my first email account when I was 13 so I could make a facebook account.

LMAO I LITERALLY HAVE 4. Anyway first I have two writing blogs: @i-am-rmt for poetry, and @iamrmt for prose. They act as catalogues of my writing! The prose one is basically inactive, but seeing as it’s simply a catalogue I’m not gonna delete it. Then there is @yiling-who my side blog for The Untamed - yeah that Chinese drama that took tumblr by storm. Big thanks to @hoebutnotreally for convincing me to watch it! Lastly is my side blog for DKB @dkbtho . DKB is a rookie kpop group that I’m currently obsessed with! oh it’s me! My icon has always been me, because this blog is just a messy collection of my interests. My friend (@hoebutnotreally) did my makeup and hair and we took pictures (I posted some here too!)

One Year of ‘Panda-Writes-Kpop’, And I Think It’s Time We Had An Honest Conversation

Yep, you read the title right - it’s been one WHOLE year since I started writing on this blog. Well, technically, this Friday (the 22nd) is the one year anniversary, but I didn’t want to mess up my writing schedule, and it’s more convenient for me to publish this now. 

Now, before I continue, I just want to state that I mean to cause no alarm with the title. I promise I’m not going anywhere, but it’s time that I be honest with all of you about what goes on behind the computer screen sometimes. 

Let’s Talk About The Elephant In The Room - The Avengers AU!

Okay, so maybe you guys wouldn’t consider this the ‘elephant in the room’, but it is to me since I, you know, published the last teaser in January and haven’t done more than allude to it since then... whoops. Moving on, I am happy to announce that all of the chapters are fully written, and I just need to edit them and send the first chapter or two off to a beta reader (or two or four; you know who you are ;P) to make sure that I am producing the highest quality of content for you all!

This being said, I am finally ready to announce a date and schedule for the Avengers AU - granted that nothing else goes sideways. So... September 5th will the release date of the first chapter, and a new chapter will come out every three to four days. Now, if you’re scratching your head and wondering, “Katie, how will you work this into your writing schedule?” 

Oh my goodness, do I have a great solution for you, my pearls! I actually will not be posting any of my regular content during this time. I know that this may be disappointing for my readers who aren’t interested in this series, but think of it as a great time to explore other fantastic writers (I have plenty of recommendations, feel free to hit me up for some!), or if you feel so inclined, maybe you want to explore some of my content that you haven’t read yet! 

Also, something else to add, if any of you are fans of the Take Me Away series, then you’ll know that I explicitly stated that I was not going to take requests for that series. Well... that won’t be the case for this series. There are a lot of loose ends and potential dates/endings/relationships to be expanded upon, and I think you all would have way more creative ideas for what should be done from the ending point of the series than I would.

Writing’s Hard. I Know You All Probably Knew That, But It Doesn’t Make Anything Better

Yeah... I’ve been lacking a lot in creativity and motivation as of late. I don’t really know why, but it sucks when I have a lot of ideas and I’m not sure where I want to take them, or if I even want to write them at all. 

I feel pressured by my own very high personal standards to put out only the best of the best for people to read. I’m scared that people won’t like what I write, and, by correlation, me whenever I publish a new fic. Despite what you may or may not think about me, others’ perception of me is part of the validation I need in order to get through my day. I want people to tell me that I’m a good writer, not for the ego boost or anything, but because it helps me feel less like garbage when I get too much into my own head.

I don’t know, everyone, I just want to write because it’s my form of escapism. Sometimes, just writing helps me process my feelings better than talking to someone else. I love writing, just as I love different types of music. K-Pop is a music genre that I adore, along with the groups and idols in it, so it made sense to me to combine these two loves of mine. I didn’t think I’d get this far, and don’t get me wrong, I am so thankful for all of the love that I receive. Every person that I’ve had the pleasure of interacting with has been nothing but lovely and kind, and I hope I’ve had the same impact on them. 

That got quite sad fast... let’s move ahead and talk about something different.

What Does That All Mean, Katie?

I said I was going to be honest, so I will be. This fall, I’m going to be attending a local university to major in Chemical Engineering. I’ve spent the last few days applying to different workplaces in the hopes of getting a part-time job before I start going to college. I’m getting my first debit card in the mail sometime this week or next week.

Basically, I’m becoming an adult, and honestly, it’s terrifying. The realization that there’s a limit on the free time that I’ll have is scary to think about. I’m going to a new school that is exponentially larger than the high school that I went to. I’m scared that I’ll hate what I’m majoring in, and that everyone will be disappointed in me if I don’t please them.

I promise I’m not trying to be sad or anything, but I want to be realistic and honest. While taking a look through my blog, I had to be honest with myself. Do I love writing with all of my heart? Absolutely. Do I eventually want to take the experience I’ve had from writing here and use it to publish my own original novel? Yep! Is this blog something I can manage while toggling being a full-time university student and holding a part-time job?

Well, I guess we’ll find out together, huh? I promised you all in the beginning that I won’t be going anywhere, and for the most part, that statement is true. I won’t be abandoning this blog - but I will be making a few changes.

First off, the upload schedule’s got to change. After the Avengers AU is fully out and done, I will be going to one post a week. I’m thinking about doing Saturday or Sunday (aka the days I don’t have school LOL). I’ll probably be working on Saturdays in order to have some sort of income while I’m in college, so it’ll probably be either late Saturday night or sometime Sunday.

Second, anon asks - I’m going to try and dedicate one day a week (separate from the posting day, of course) to answering non-request anon asks all at once. I’m thinking about Wednesdays since that’s usually when I reply to anon asks, plus it’ll be a nice way to relax and unwind from college since I enjoy talking to you all.

Third, requests and the groups/idols I take requests for - I will keep requests open, but I ask for your patience since I will have a much smaller amount of time that I can spend on writing than I had before. A high school student has way more freedom than a college student has, or at least, that’s what I’m expecting. Something I’ve been thinking about changing, however, is the groups that I take requests for. I recently got a request for a 4th gen rookie girl group that I don’t write for, and I honestly want to write the request since I really enjoy that group’s debut. The problem is that I don’t know the group or idol well enough to write for that group yet. So, I’m going to allow requests for girl groups I don’t have on my Masterlist, but when you request for a group that I don’t write for, you understand that the request may take longer to be added to my WIP since I don’t know them that well. I would prefer if you all requested idols/groups that were on my stan list, but I’m not opposed to exploring new groups that I haven’t listened to yet.

The Future Looks Brighter Than Before... I Wonder Why That Is?

I know we’ve discussed some heavy information in the past sections, so I want to end on a positive note. Thank you all so, so much for supporting me through every hill and valley that I’ve had to climb over and under in order to bring you the highest quality content that I can. It doesn’t matter if you’ve been here from the beginning, if you’ve just met me, or if you come from somewhere in between. I love and appreciate all of you for everything you’ve done. You helped me survive and endure the last year of hell high school, and I can only hope that you will continue to support me for many anniversaries and future projects to come.

Speaking of future projects, since you’ve come this far, I do suppose you could use a bit of a ‘thank you’, huh? Feel free to let me know which fic or idea you’re looking forward to the most. 

The 7 Dreamers Separate AU Project - Basically, since I already wrote three longer AU fics for my ult girl group (Gunslinger! Dami, Ghost! Gahyeon, and Demon! SuA). I figured that the other four deserve to have a chance to shine as well. Look forward to fics about Princess! Handong, Monster Hunter! Siyeon, Egyptologist! JiU, and Zombie! Yoohyeon - the last will be a Halloween Special, FYI)

Gunslinger! Dami will make a return with more fun characters to be revealed, and more love and shenanigans to be experienced. Will Gahyeon get into another bar fight? We’ll just have to see...

hi everyone!! I’m alyssa and I am super super new to tumblr rp... as in, this is my first time ever roleplaying on here in a group (eek)! julian was born julian tyler evans on march 28, 1996, in santa barbara, california, to claire evans and dylan porter. if you ask him, he’ll tell you he has one parent - his biggest inspiration and his role model, claire. julian inherited all his best traits from claire: his kindness, his determination, his passion, and his ability to care for everyone and anyone. as a pediatric nurse, claire worked long hours throughout the majority of julian’s childhood, but still managed to stay exceptionally present in her son’s life and parent him through a tumultuous relationship.

dylan is out of the picture. julian has a few happy memories with his dad prior to the age of six, but the majority of their relationship is mired in trauma. dylan always had problems with alcohol, even prior to having julian, but those issues worsened when he lost his job in the early 2000s. seemingly overnight, the dad that julian once knew vanished. what started as a loving father-son relationship turned into a twisted game of cat and mouse, and julian found himself walking on eggshells in his own home. more often than not, julian spent his nights covering the bruises and scratches dylan gave him earlier in the day. julian and claire quickly became ER regulars, and he learned to sew his own stitches before his fourteenth birthday.

the abuse julian endured forced him to turn his pain and doubts inward. the overly happy and energetic child version of julian disappeared, replaced by a cautious and quiet boy who didn’t dare rock the boat for fear of retaliation. throughout his difficult childhood, julian found solace in one thing - music. as the son of two musicians, julian learned guitar and piano before he learned to form proper sentences. a natural knack for the craft led julian to pick up bass, drums, and production at an early age (though guitar and piano are still his first loves). the majority of julian’s high school years were spent locked in his room, perfecting one beat for several hours or layering vocals late into the night.

his best friend, danny, is perhaps the only thing that kept julian’s head above water throughout his childhood. julian and danny met in the orchestra room in middle school when neither of them had friends to sit with at lunch. the two boys became best friends instantly and helped each other through their childhood struggles - danny helped julian survive his dad’s abuse and julian provided danny with a safe space after coming out to his homophobic parents.

julian and danny moved to san francisco for college. it was there that they met zoe and kevin through an on-campus a cappella group. the four bonded immediately through a cappella and now play together in a band (and live together as roommates). you can catch them playing gigs around town, and you’ll probably catch julian outside the venue two hours later having in-depth conversations with every person who showed up for their show. the stage is the one place where julian comes alive - he’s a natural performer and sheds his shy persona easily when he’s in his element.

outside of the band, julian works as a second grade teacher, and occasionally works in the stacks at the local library during the summers to make extra money. he adores children and spends most of his free time coming up with lesson plans and songs to teach his kids in an engaging way. adorable elementary school teacher by day, hot musician by night: the julian evans story.

personality

julian is the definition of the “beautiful cinnamon roll, too good, too pure for this world” meme. he cares deeply and intensely about the people he loves, and he’s the most loyal friend you’ll ever have. julian is the friend who will hold your hair back while you puke. he leaves granola bars in his roommates’ cars when he knows they’re not eating enough. he goes out of his way to care for everyone he meets without expecting anything in return.

with that being said, julian is a bit of a doormat. this largely stems from his history of abuse - he’s used to thinking that things are his fault, and that it’s easiest to accept the blame and not rock the boat, even when he’s in the right. he’s the guy who won’t mention that the waiter got his order wrong at a restaurant because he doesn’t want to make them uncomfortable. you could shoot julian in the heart and he would apologize for bleeding on your clothes.

julian prefers lyrics to discussions. he’s a producer and a songwriter above all else, and he finds it much easier to express his feelings through music than through conversation. when his back’s against the wall - when he’s experiencing intense ptsd or anxiety or sadness or anger - he locks himself in his room and writes music.

as someone who craves deep, lasting connections, he isn’t one to have lots of acquaintances or fair-weather friends. he can count the number of close friends he has on one hand and he likes it that way. it’s hard for julian to open up to people initially, but once you get through his quiet exterior, he’ll let his guard down and stick with you no matter what.

in terms of romantic relationships, julian is tragically heterosexual. like in his friendships, julian is the type of person who wants a long-term, stable relationship. since his childhood, julian has always been a hopeless romantic, constantly searching for the girl who will finally make him understand the love songs he’s listened to his whole life. he’s painfully shy, which means he has a hard time approaching girls he’s interested in, and most girls don’t take the time to crack through his quiet exterior. with that being said, the girl who does end up with him for the long haul is in for a very loving relationship.

around his friends, julian is the quintessential chaotic aries. he WILL set the kitchen on fire because he moves too quickly while cooking and will try to do backflips in the living room just to prove he can.

julian is a fantastic cook and a terrible baker, because he gets too distracted to properly follow directions. he’s also been a vegetarian since he was 13. his favorite food is his mom’s eggplant parmesan.

he has a small garden on the balcony of his apartment, where he’s trying to grow vegetables and flowers. he says hi to the bees that show up every morning and has names for all of them, even though he can’t tell them apart.

julian loves his music more than anything and tries to form deep, lasting connections with the fans of his band. he remembers every person he’s met and always tries to connect with people, even though it’s a bit draining for him as an introvert. he’s terrible at social media and has no idea how to work instagram live, but tries to do it anyway to connect with the fans.

julian will listen to anything and everything - kpop, death metal, folk, rap, the works. he drives his roommates up the wall by blaring music at all hours of the day.

he has a pit bull named belle that he adopted from the shelter. she’s his best friend. he also has four aunts, and was basically raised in an intersectionally feminist sex-positive witch coven. yep.

producing is julian’s biggest passion, followed closely by songwriting. he produces all of his band’s songs and enjoys collaborating with others on production. it’s the one area where he feels confident enough to be himself.

for someone so shy, julian is super comfortable with his sexuality and won’t stand for toxic masculinity. he and danny used to do drag, but he hasn’t had a ton of time for it recently. he is also very confident in the bedroom, which surprises a lot of people. hehe.

julian is a boxer. what stemmed from a need to defend himself turned into a genuine passion - it’s easy for him to turn his brain off and focus when he’s working out. that being said, you’ll only find him at the gym in the wee hours of the morning, when he doesn’t have to be around too many people. he is an introvert, after all :)

julian is dyslexic and has pretty terrible vision, so he needs glasses. he usually wears contacts, but the first girl to tell him she thinks he looks cute in his glasses will steal his heart.

My Mobile - I’m a millennial... Who leaves home WITHOUT one nowadays. It’s a Samsung S9 and I love it and cherish it cuz It’s the last phone my mother will get me so you bet your ass I take care of it like my baby... OH, I also carry my old phone cuz I find it a bit easier to play BTS superstar with that model. The edge screen of the S9 makes it a PAIN to play that game. 

My earphones - When I had a job I used to carry two, one Bluetooth and the other wired BUT now my jobless ass just carries the wired one... also because the Bluetooth earplugs broke(?) and I patch them together with scotch tape and now it itches whenever I used them but MY JOBLESS ASS has no money for new Bluetooth earplugs. The bright side is that I prefer to use the wired earplugs when I work out cuz they don't fall.

My keys - both car keys and house keys. Each has a really cute panda keychain (I love pandas). I hate my house keys cuz they’re so many and bulky, also my mum bought me this whistle ( I call it the rape whistle and she says is for emergencies in general) that BY THE WAY doesn’t work that well but I can’t find myself throwing it away anytime soon... My car keys are a whole different story, I keep losing them every year and when I replace them I FIND THEM SOMEWHERE IN MY ROOM.

My goodie bag - Tampons, pads, eye drops, my Eucerin (OG) lip balm, my tinted lip balm, lighter, period painkillers, antibacterial gel, band-aids, Advil and a spare hair tie (YES I’M THE MUM FRIEND).

My wallet ofc - I have this really cute wallet (it’s really Gucci) but I usually just use my card holder cuz that’s the one I take to uni.

My bed - This is a big deal, mainly because I am V E R Y specific with home decor (I still have boxes for years later because I haven’t found the perfect shelf) I spent like a year with only a mattress until I found T H E perfect bed in this antique shop, I restored it and its now the centrepiece of my room and yes, I do take people to see my room and lay on it cuz the mattress is all I ever dreamed of. 

My desk, I spend a lot of time there and it's from this indie designer that works with recycled wood and I travel to another city to buy it. I honestly love it, it’s not even a desk but a dining table and it’s so big and smooth ugh I love it.

Books - I love books, most of them are uni books because I just give books I don’t want to read again away (stuff like the hunger games, divergent, teen shit) I also have many old books cuz my uncle’s father in law studied the same thing I did and when he passed he left me ALL of his books.

Goodies - I have little decorations from all over the globe (My mum travelled a lot and bought me stuff) so I have a shelf with most things (including my country’s flag) also I have these cushions that are a mix of collages and handpainted things of different writers or painters ( I have one that’s Van Gogh's starry night, Dali’s melting clocks and Klimt’s the kiss) I found them at this street market and made my friend buy some too!! so we all have at least one. Let’s not forget my barroque looking chair gracing the corner of my room.

My T.V - I am, above all, a T.V enthusiast hahahahaha and even though I have a T.V five steps away in my family room I have one in my room too... I spend a lot of time on my own since I was little and having the T.V on made me feel less lonely (?) also when I was a kid my mum put a T.V in my room so my nanny and I could watch Telenovelas hahahaha... yeah a T.V is a big part of my room.

FOOD!!! I’m not even kidding, without food I AM NOTHING, A NOBODY, I WOULDN’T HAVE A PURPOSE IN LIFE. When I was a kid I Idolized Anthony Bourdain to the point that I made my life mission to be him, I had this mental breakdown when he died (I'm crying right now writing this) cuz he was honestly MY ROLE MODEL. I study Food science and engineering, my friends keep asking me to make a blog about food and I want to have a brand of both food products and restaurants or bistros when I’m older... so yeah food Is everything I am.

Cheesy T.V shows - There is nothing I love more than cliché, cheesy, romance shows.. hence my obsession with kdramas and Telenovelas when I was a kid. I love shows like strong woman do bong soon, fairy weightlifting kim bok joo, age of youth... it’s always so nice to see happy endings, especially when they’re a bit realistic?? 

Bullet journals!! - I love drawing, arts and craft; painting... all those things and a bullet journal is just the perfect way to express yourself. I might suck at actually keeping track of things but best believe I make the most of it. 

Walking - like not as in exercise but I live for strolls around the city 

Coffee shops... I want to own one in the future and spend most of my free time discovering new coffee shops.

I read Tikki's New Friend several months ago, and I wanted you to know that it is one of my all-time favourite fics. It was beautifully written, it had the Perfect amount of So Much fluff, I loved how little angst it had (I mean im a sucker for angst as much as the next guy, but sometimes pure fluff is just. Necessary), the pairings were all precious, there was no Massive Misunderstanding (see little angst), and honestly? I liked how there were no superpowers. Just them being adorable. Ty 4 it

I’ll never stop being amazed at the number of people who keep being all like “Tikki’s New Friend was such a good story!” even though it’s been over for...two years? Has it just been two? But I super love hearing about the things that people like about it because that’s so refreshing next to “omg this is a good story” (though I appreciate those, too!!!). 

Also, it’s funny that you mention the fluff and angst because my writing usually runs on like 200% angst and 50% fluff to make up 250% of Panda’s self indulgent fanfiction.

Languages spoken: English with like very basic sign language ....the more years pass the more I have forgotten since I took the classes in high school

Nationality: I know im like a tiny bit Native American, but mainly English if I remember right. 

Favourite Fruit: Strawberries. 

Favourite Scent: ummm, I have this one candle, its caramel apple it's amazing, but I usually go for more fruity scents like strawberry & peach.

Favourite colour: Purple but I also wear mostly black so..... (I own mainly band tees so...)

Favourite fictional character: Hmmmm I don’t really have one tbh....

Dream Trip: I would love to travel back to Italy, my mental state was fucked and it caused me to get sick (i missed seeing Florence because of it...ugh) but also I lost my wallet in Venice. It was such a fast-paced trip I was consistently exhausted the whole time, so if I could ever go back I would love to take it at my own pace so I don’t feel as stressed. I would also love to return to Ireland as well, it's such a beautiful country. 

When I was 17-19 I had the opportunity to tour all three summers (two international and one in the US) with a choir I was in, I really realized then that I had a travel bug. I love traveling and seeing new places and learning about cultures and such. Unfortunately, now I am pretty much always broke and don’t have the money to do such things but if I ever have the opportunity to do so again I would do it in a heartbeat.  

When was your blog created: So let me take you through my years on this account.

My original account was not dedicated to any fandom, I still have it and it still exists and I get on it from time to time but I never post (I actually had to go look to see the date) My first Post was WAYYYY back on July 23,2011......Jesus. This is my private blog so im not gonna give out the name for it. 

I ended up creating my first k-pop blog on this account, I was called crossing-borders-on-my-own. I had it for a few months back in 2016 before I decided to start writing because I didn’t want people following my personal account I created a new account and called it @crossingbordersonmyown (Yes I still have the name dammit. Its a good name dedicated to my Ult Female Bias....) I started that on December 30,2016. I kept it open for a Year before my OCD got the better of me and I split my accounts into two, one for all my crazy ass reblogs and the other for strictly fanfics. I deleted the blog on December 3, 2017.

Which leads me to my current blogs. My main one (This one), My fanfic blog ( @multi-fandom-fluff-factory ) and my Fanfic Rec Blog ( @rainasfanficrecs )

Favourite Holiday: So, this is gonna sound so sad... but holidays literally mean nothing to me. I am a grinch with holidays because of years of retail work. I never get them off so they usually just become just another day for me, and usually they are bad days as there are more/angry people I have to deal with and as much as I enjoy my job, for the most part, I am just not a people person even though I may seem like that.... If I had to choose one though, Halloween I enjoy that time of year so....
