this is such a non-issue but I find it a bit funny when fans assign teachers/mentors a parental role when, most of the time, those characters are actually rlly good representations of what it means to be a good teacher/mentor, I’m thinking about aizawa sensei btw but it’s also funny when people call gojo mengumi’s dad because I personally don’t read him as paternal at ALL but to each their own ofc :)

#With aizawa I def get it esp with Eri ofc like he rlly is her father atp #but otherwise I don’t see it I think he’s an amazing teacher tho like hello why is that label not enough </3 #teachers /are/ very important to kids and teens they can have an influence #which I love about aizawa and shinsou like shinsou is copying himmmm that is his mentorrrrrr #or bakugo!
