Thank you all for joining our live chat with the world’s best bartender Mr.Shingo @shingo_gokan of @the_sg_club last time.

His recommend for easy cocktail at home (Jerez or Manzanilla with our honey for Rock or Soda) is amazing.

Following our story looking back our collaboration event, I used cold pressed machine in order to squeeze our kale (I did 9kg more for a few hours at that night) for cocktail.

Why We’d better to squeeze it by cold-pressed…!? Let’s ask it to Mr. Nori of @sunshinejuicetokyo

He’s also focusing on compost and share us the veggies left over his kitchen after squeezing juice. I pick up every week and deliver our harvests sometimes. It’s quite cool sustainable activity @cosmic_compost for both of us now.

さて、彼らThe SG Clubと過去のイベント時に私が搾ったのが自分達の生産したケール。 簡易的なコールドプレスマシンを使ったのですが、今回はそのコールドプレスジュースのパイオニア・Sunshine Juiceのノリさんにお話伺ってみましょう！

ノリさんとは色々な繋がりから、イベントでご一緒させて頂き、お取引もして頂き、現在は彼らのジュースの搾りかすを毎週配達周りついでに回収させて頂き、私達の堆肥場において一次処理を経てから土に還る過程へと進めています。

今回は今更ですが、コールドプレスジュースの魅力、そして循環される作物を発酵堆肥の取り組みを交えて一緒にお話したいと思っています。
