Hey, stop re-uploading mods & don't download mod re-uploads!!!!

There are two creators MissChipsa (estrellka-chips) & Tiasha-sims that have huge mod-repacks/re-uploads online. One is Medieval gameplay ModPack 1.31 up on Patreon (with a paywalled version)--its since been deleted but still appears up on their bootsy, this is a 7.3GB re-upload. The other is hosted on vk, and the only version seems to be paywalled (big thanks to @cubiertodeflores for letting me know about this one).

Please don't download mod packs like this (even though it goes against many creators' TOU)...to name a few reasons:

You can't be sure the mods are up to date

You may not know what you're actually installing

Many mods have specific install instructions that require the user to read the instructions

Many mods have "choose your own" files and/or require "helper files" (looking at you food mods)

If you're tagged, then your mods are included--if you already knew about this and/or its not against your TOU, then please ignore me!!

Нашла тут на pinterest вот такую прелесть с неделю назад и решила наклепать себе подростков. Пока делала увлеклась, вдохновилась на поиграть одним из (может и не одним)...

Может кто посоветут, куда симов готовых заливать? Boosty создать что-ль? А кому оно надо... Сплошные вопросы, короче.

Угарнула создавать симсиков только с ССшной генетикой, без лишних шмоток, волос. Оказывается ЕА стали неплохие вещички делать.

Началось в принципе все с создания симки-инопланетянки для @ortelassa-goldstein читаю и балдею от её игры в вк, решила вкинуть (в надежде, что будет полезна) для продолжения её веток династии с НЛОшками, ну, а чем черт не шутит.

Do you have any defaults must haves?

ooh, I think it all depends on your own taste as we all enjoy different styles and stuff but for me i've tried a lot of different things and keep going back to the following

lighting mods:

Better in game lighting mod (I use the average base, light rooms one right now I'm defo sticking to it) & Gentle CAS Lighting by @northernsiberiawinds (also the controlled position mod by NSW though its not a default replacement, it makes it so when you're adding face details for ex. that are in the tattoo category your sim doesn't keep spinning around in the other direction!)

No Blu (Darkest) by @luumia

Sunblind lighting mod by @softerhaze

Genetics:

Whisper eyes by @dangerouslyfreejellyfish, I cant stand having any other default eyes for whatever reason i think these are gorgeous

Thuja skinbled default by @nesurii (I use V1)

other stuff in the game:

Default vehicle replacements by @blvck-life-simz

ghibli clouds replacement by @miikocc

Moonlight sonata (Moon replacement, I use V1 silver dreams) by @ortelassa-goldstein

i think that's all really, i used to have a default replacement for pet eyes but i've grown to prefer the normal EA one.

today i have the spectre eyes by @ortelassa-goldstein converted to sims 2 and made into default replacements for the maxis eyes + alien eyes. these are on tealeaf’s sclera. you can get the original eyes for sims 4 here  :)

Hello @kauatea! So sorry for answering soooo late :( For other occults I use @aveirasims , @squeamishsims , @someone-elsa and @ortelassa-goldstein eyes, so I didn't focus on creating my own, sorry. You can still take a look to these creators' CC, they have very beautiful content ^^
