ougi seems to be both viewing the story from a higher plane (seems to have enough foresight to lead you into doing certain things) and acting on it to get that outcome at the same time. but it's essential to realize they are part of the narrative and not separate from it.
her introduction in ougi formula talks about it: "oshino ougi is oshino ougi and that's all you can say about her," "no one really has free will and everything is already decided like a formula, so the things we do to solve our problems just look like steps along a preset path to someone in the know"
but that's not what happens when hanekawa intervenes in sodachi lost. and its not what happens in ougi dark either. never forget that

Thoughts on the idea of the Fire Sisters meeting Oshino Ougi?
As a duo I feel like there’s an untapped market of Ougi vs fire sisters interactions. We kinda know how Ougi and Tsukihi would go because of zokuowari. (Being how Tsukihi is an unchangable eternal existence that’s kinda immune to how Ougi just is) But with Karen it could be very interesting mostly bc of how manipulatable and insecure she is, by herself it would be fun to see even if it’s just post owari teenaged Karen going full detective on her own at Koyomi’s school and Ougi is simply there as a mysterious side character of some sort, def a fun dynamic (even if it’s mostly Ougi bullying Karen). As a duo I think a full fire sisters VS Ougi type oddity story would go hard as it would be interesting to see the fire sisters more in action with Ougi also present solely for the chaos factor. I’d say Tsukihi would end up playing counterbalance to Karen and that would keep the arc from being pulled into Karin manipulation hour.
Over all I think it could be fun.

i had this dream once, what i now consider to be my favorite dream
it was interesting bc i was in bed, in the exact position id be if i'd just woken up normally. it was the hours of the early morning, maybe like 4am-ish, and it was dark but there was enough light coming from outside to give the room a bit of a light blue tint, and the vibe had a very cozy, almost mystical feel to it.
and then ougi came to visit me!!!!!!!! in my house!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! in my room!!!!!!!! yoo!!!!!!!!! she appeared very suddenly out of nowhere but said she was there the whole time (lying) (i did not correct her out of Politeness). she started snooping around my room and talking in vague ominous predictions about me in classic ougi fashion and then tried to get me to do something bad in also classic ougi fashion. but like, the really super cool thing about this dream was that i was SO STOKED to see ougi even in the throes of unconsciousness that all of my hype and excitement and love made me somewhat lucid and also immune to ougi's gaslighting. so she was like "come do this thing with me itll be fine" and i was just like "no :D" lmao. i was also vaguely not listening to her talking bc of aforementioned hype. so rude of me smh smh
but yeah i was like "nah i dont really wanna do this thing" which was troublesome for her bc thats why she came. so shes getting like progressively annoyed with me not cooperating lmao. she goes into the next room and i follow her and shes like, (about me not following her shady instructions) 「全然引き受けてないんですね」 and im like 「はい!(:D)」 (this part was in japanese. this dream was so crazy fr its almost unbelievable actually i dont even believe it happened. lol)
and then she started moping (LOL) (adorable...) about how much stuff she wanted to get done today but now she can't... (was she trying to guilt trip me? lol) and eventually was like, ok well ig ill go home and i was like NONONNONOOOO NOOO IM SORRY STAY PLEASE STAAAAY DONT GOOO LETS HANG OUT INSTEAD CMOON もっと遊ぼうよ and i guess this worked because we hung out very casually for a little bit while she was still sort of peeved with me and not sure what to make of me (and then jake from adventure time was there for a moment which was weird lol) and then i woke up shortly after
but its so cool how my dream didn't even make her out of character or anything. it was crazy it really felt like she came to visit me... 🖤🖤
...so when i woke up under my blankets with the darkness all around me and the slight light coming from outside and the soft pitter patter of raindrops audible and my ougi pillow in arms i felt so cozy and warm and happy and serene and loved in a way i don't think i'll be able to replicate for some time... it was such a precious experience
i feel like if thats not fitting to be called a "favorite dream" idk what is

Light Percy is an awful unit and I truly cannot fathom WHERE the devs expect you to use him.
He's a skill-nuke heavy unit who comes with skill cap up, but he consumes his skill cap stacks at a faster rate than he generates them so he effectively never uses that cap up
All relevant dark bosses are immune or highly resistant to petrify for the majority of or most critical parts of their battle (Avatar after 50% and Celeste after 75%)
He has 20% self-charge on ougi, but has no reason to want to spam ougis. No ougi EMPs and, unlike Yukatamia and Halnmal, he doesn't get Crests on ougi
His Fate ep foreshadowed the current Dalmore event, but he didn't even cameo in it!
I ran him with Halnmal and MC Chrysaor with a Crest weapon in each hand and Percy was still running dry on Crests within two or three turns. Even with a fourth Crest unit, I don't think it's possible for Percy to keep Crests up enough to make real use of them.
What is the point of him? Why does he exist?

La serie “Stand My Heroes: Piece of Truth” sarà diretta da Hideyo Yamamoto presso lo studio M.S.C, la composizione della serie sarà gestita da Sayaka Harada e lo scenario da Hajime Aida, mentre il character design sarà curato da Yukie Takayama. Le musiche saranno ad opera di fox capture plan.

i love the pointlessness of instant death/lethal hit as part of an ougi. like disregarding this is a “slight chance” so like nigh impossible, 99.999999999% of bosses are immune to instant death (i think hard and below + some early side story bosses) (i swear the fact eahta has lethal hit on his ougi is f.cuking funniest thing like he’s not going to already insta kill a boss that’s vulnerable to lethal hit with his ougi alone bc of his self buffs unless you’re doing something deliberately weird)
the only reasonable use for lethal hit for everyone regardless of rank is using tweyen’s depravity to insta nuke an enemy wave when farming annoying island treasure with abysmal drops rates that you need to uncap grand weapons or arcarum summons (or bullets), and that isn’t on an ougi.

Personal ranking of HL Buncle raids from easiest to hardest. (according to levels of screaming during them)
Gilgamesh: All you really need is coordinated Phalanx and Debuffers for Force Break. His autos can hurt but windmeme lives off masochism. His buffs make his autos hurt, so this is where the Xeno Sag spear becomes a bit useful
Prometheus: Spam spam spam Veil and clarities. Other than that she deals pretty low damage. With adequate debuffs you can tank a Goddess Flame to the face pretty easily.
Ca Ong: Might need to redo this. Me and my crew pubbed for pots so these super carries came (talking rank 160-170ish) and the triggers were all over the place. Autos hurt and buffs are constantly dispelled while you also have to constantly dispel her own. But Ougis dealt low dmg thats for sure.
Anubis: The unholy offspring of Prometheus and Ca Ong. His non trigger ougi gives him a ton of buffs and curses you with annoying debuffs, and his trigger ougi that fully dispels your team and inflicts Zombified procs every 20% HP along with a 10% trigger. Either paracheese him before 75% (where he becomes immune) or get a damn good team of Spartans and Sages for the havoc to come.
Hector: Might be because me and my crew are weaker when it comes to dark. But good lord was this fight terrible. He autos 6 times to screw over Seox, his unique curse debuff cannot be removed and veil won’t save you from it because he spams it nonstop with his trigger happy ougi. Invincible arrow is single target and can be endured with Phalanx or cheesed with mirror image. But the real threat is the buffs that he gains. Dispel them asap or die from his auto spam.
Morrigna (the only SSR Buncle I have, hence I need to do this 9 more times): Hands down the scariest. Me and alot of my crew are fire mains and this raid is still terrifying. She has 1 charge diamond and no Meter Bar, hence outiside of fear and delay, you cannot stop her from ougi debuff+nuke spam. DISPEL DISPEL DISPEL use the OK stamp to confirm because if you don’t dispel her buffs you will die (Dokkan is core here). Timing is everything at 50% because her Repel is Levi and Medusa HL strength pre nerf. Make sure to save fear for after 50% because it will save your life. At lower HP you need 100% dmg cut because phalanx alone will not save you from her behemoth ougis.

oh yeah luminiera omega is immune to the instant death debuff well, Lucuis can’t apply that debuff with his 5* ougi but he can still apply a burn
then again I shouldn’t have expected the omega raids to Not be immune to that cause that would kinda just, basically make them trivial

really long gbf ramble about my wind team under the cut
okay but in the last week my wind line up changed dramatically from

bc tia got a 5* uncap and i got valentine grimnir, and wind favored gw is like literally tomorrow,,
but honestly shit man valentine grimnir is like actually absolutely perfect for my specific set up. like i can see him being real low tier for certain set ups, especially early game. because you basically need a set up with some form of charge bar boost for him and frequent multi hit skill damage to speed up his cyclone lv gain (which tbh the 30 hit damage is only really going to happen when the boss is only one enemy which oops lol hl yggy, medusa (normal and hl), and baal are all not just one enemy but oh well). plus you want some form of damage cap, especially skill damage cap increase. i could probably have better skill damage cap increase (which is really what i should work on now), but as of now i do have sk lv15 qinglong spear malus, and 5* tia’s skill that boosts skill damage specs based on allies wind crests. what does suck is one once tia reaches 5 crests crippling storm becomes surpercell, which is great but it no longer gives wind crests to allies. HOWEVER BACK IN NOV I DREW ELIL, AND SHE CAN APPLY WIND CRESTS AND HAS A SUB AURA THAT BOOSTS WIND ATTACK BASED ON NUMBER OF CRESTS, SO DRAWING HER HAS FINALLY PAID OFF. Now unfortunately tia doesn’t have the most amazing multi attack, though i have 3 points in her em support skill that boosts her multi when not debuffed, and two in her trip, i also don’t really want to try and reroll her over mastery because she got 8% skill damage cap and 6% debuff resistance which both help even though they aren’t that high (and i’d rather try to reroll val grimnir bc he got da and that’s useless for him since he’s guaranteed to trip). Scathacha doesn’t have a multi at prob bc her sup skill boosts her multi when wind atk is applied (which is 100% uptime with her being lv 100), +5% trim from em and +12% double from over master (which also gave her a 12% skill damage cap) (AND I GAVE HER A WEDDING RING BECAUSE I LOVE HER AND WANTED TO RAISE HER DAMAGE CAP, I actually skill have one em star to fill, but bc it’s the last one it requires 28 points but im not 100% where i want to put it bc i have everything i wanted maxed taken, the 2 attack nodes, 2 def nodes, and 2 da nodes are all empty and the only ones left, i guess i could prob put it in da just bc soooometimes she does only attack once... but idk if maybe putting one in def or in just attack would be nice...). I don’t have too much problem Multi atk as Solider class with my class bonus of +10% trip, and +4% da and +2% da from master bonus and +5% trip in em (i didn’t bother putting any in da bc of bullet management, and once i could take bullet crafting off i put it into weapon spc damage bc my grid is still tia bolts and i’m using all 34 stars as of now bc atk, hp, def, skill damage, debuff success, ca I & II, total party hp, ta, damage cap, and one in skill damage II). But anyways, because I have the class champion weapon, John Doe, I don’t have to bother taking the reload skill because I reload on my ca. i take mis mist to hit def/atk down cap with tia, open fire & guerrilla tactics. now with guerrilla tactics when active if i dodge an attack i do 4 hit sup elemental damage to random foes (which helps val grimnir out) plus it boosts my chargebar gain, which when I wasn’t using tia in my part was necessary for starting the never need to reload cycle, since with the chargebar gain and then using open fire to fire all 6 of my bullets, it basically be like i just did two turns of trip attack (getting all the benefits of the bullets used) and gain an instant ca for the actual first turn of combat. then the second turn use the three round bust to use my three bullets and then be guaranteed to trip on the second turn of combat and get ca for third turn (but also ca doesn’t just reload my bullets it gives 30% charge bar boost so there’s no worry about making sure i have boosted charge bar to reach ca before using all my bullets for the rest of the fight, unless i get unlucky and a boss drains my charge bar, oh well). But the other important this I did to John Doe was the second skill i picked. Gunslinger’s Divinity. it’s basically a similar effect to guerrilla tactics, 4-hit sup elemental damage to random foes at the end of turn. except you don’t have to dodge, you just have to not take damage. both of these 4-hit superior elemental damage triggers also tend to be about 1 mill damage when triggered. but more importantly, when you’ve only got one boss enemy, with these it’s infinitely easier to hit damage one target 30 times to increase val grimnir’s cyclone lv. since his attack is 3-hit damage to random foes... 3 times... that guaranteed 9-hits. now idk how ca damage is counted since like if you don’t skip the animation it’s clearly multiple hits, but i do think it count’s because i’ve had his cyclone lv go up when the hits would not have added up to 30. though it also makes me wonder if poison damage counts as well, bc one of my parabellum bullets is poison (which i can always switch out to flame if i ever feel like it like bc maybe a boss is immune to poison but not burn). But anyways aside from the extra hit damage synergy, the other great synergy val grimnir has provided is his ougi buffs. bc man it might suck that his ougi does no damage, except it the buffs it provides are wonderful, yeah keen and the wind crit are obviously good, especially when you get holy rays of purification on the field and just goes into constant crit mode without even a single last storm harp in your grid. but the shield, yes only three turns, but with scathacha out on the field that isn’t just a shield it’s bonus wind damage for everyone... bonus wind damage for all 9 OF VALENTINE GRIMNIR’S HITS. bc each hit of the 3 hit damage count as separate damage instances and bonus damage, and supplemental damage apply to each one. and with 3 stars in his charge bar gain em node and tia’s 3 turn chargebar gain boost it makes up for his 35% slower charge bar gain, esp if he’s triple attacking every single damn turn. not to mention once you get holy rays of purification out, and you can just start focusing on building up 7 cyclone level’s for divine tempest, with the supplemental damage and skill damage cap increase i’ve got, the 20-hit, 150% wind damage with a cap of ~80,000 per hit becomes a damage cap of ~220,000 per hit and becomes a ~4.3 - 4.5 mil nuke that i can set up every ~4-5 turns (which can also make the debuffs indefinite if they land each time). and so that kinda makes up for his lack of ougi. he just needs times to set up and the right team. and one enemy bosses. like godsword alexiel, who i can almost solo now. (i can solo hl medusa no prob now, i’d done it before but it’s even easier now. baal is a bit of a problem child tho bc he’s special),,, wonder how he is for Gilgamesh, but i’ve only hosted the hl tier 3 summon raids like once for each bc i’m scared.
