It had been a while since the last time she had seen or spoken to Leon for a while after the whole Raccoon City events. And what they both had to go through to survive it all. Of course there was contact here and there after they escaped, somehow the contact sort of watered. Maybe it was her fault or just the both of them, life can get in the way of things right. Claire was in her apartment getting up as she stretches, walking to the kitchen to make herself a cup of coffee. A yawn escaped while running her hand through her hair. Yes she did take Sherry with her when they escaped and to be fair that girl was still living with her, until she would have things figured out on what to do.

Suddenly hearing a knock on the door as she frowned, she didn't expected anyone. Let alone people knowing where she lives, the girl never really told her address to anyone. "Coming." Putting her cup of coffee down on the counter, approaching the door, unlocking it before opening. the door as she saw someone she hadn't seen in so long. "Leon." Claire managed to say, this was not who she expected to be at the door, then again she didn't expected anyone. "What are you doing here? I mean come in."

"I was with Umbrella," Rain corrected. She leaned back further on the worn couch in their cheap motel room, scratching at the faint teeth marks hidden by the sleeve of her bomber jacket. "But I quit pretty fuckin' quickly after I realized what their research actually entailed."

It had been about a week since her former employer decided to nuke Raccoon City. Now, because they all knew too much, Rain and the other survivors who made it out alongside her were considered fugitives in their database, meaning they had to lay low.

"Yeah, Oliveira is a good friend of mine. We hang out together. Even though I wasn't in the U.B.C.S., we'd train together. And considerin' what happened to all my other friends, he's the only one I've got left now... from before all this bullshit happened, anyway."

She watched Jill for a moment, studying her.

Usually the blonde would have some witty comment for that, though for a reason she didn't know, it felt wrong to do so. It irked her knowing that something so simple had her feeling uncharacteristically vulnerable. No facade, no scoff, no eye roll.

"And it's not some sort of 'filling the void' or some bullshit like that." She was tired, it wasn't just Stu, every other person other than her family and Sidney had some kind of use for her. Her voice was quiet, lacking the usual teasing tone, as if she was forcing herself to believe she could trust him, because-why couldn't she? There wasn't much of a reason against.

I really like the way the theme has the side image and the GIF, it honestly looks super sick. I'm not sure if you just don't have a lot of pages yet because you're still building, but that's the one complaint I have. I can only find your rules page and the archive.

It had been two months since Raccoon City, a bit longer since the incident in the Arklay Mountains outside the city, leaving him, Jill, Barry, Brad, and Rebecca, the sole survivors of the incident, and Brad had been the recent casualty of Umbrella's massive fuck up. On top of that, he learned from Jill that Claire had been in Raccoon City looking for him, but she had never crossed Jill's path; the only reason she knew that was that Claire had contacted her after escaping the city. Barry was the one who called him, telling him they were all meeting up in some bar in a backwater town where Umbrella was less likely to come looking; of course, it would only be him, Jill, and Barry, as Rebecca wanted no more to do with Umbrella, and Chris didn't blame her, she was just a kid after all. Still, he would make sure they didn't go after her. When Chris walked into the bar, he looked around for his two former S.T.A.R.S copatriots but only saw Jill. He walked up to her, her back to him. "Well, aren't you a sight for sore eyes" Chris said and smiled when she turned around but did not expect the hug that suddenly came his way, nearly knocking him off his feet.

She's going to need a vacation after this.

It's not like she hasn't thought about him, especially when Sherry brings up their silence between one another. Ever since the flash drive incident, the communication line has been... Quieter. Despite this, at the drop of the hat, she is there and ready to do what's right and what is needed. The situation after Dylan was a relief, but they would still need to be patched up properly once the adrenaline left.

Settling into the room, she has to admit the view of San Francisco Bay was nice, but she won't be staying long. She never stays long in any place these days. That being said, she focuses on what needs to be done. First and foremost? She needs to take care of this wound on Leon's torso. It was on the side, there were dry bits of blood but it was still open and fresh all things considered.

She's silent as she works, eventually staunching the wound with gauze and patching him up as best as she can with the medical kit she has on hand. He'll need to go to a doctor in the morning, there will be stitches required after all... But he's fine; For now.

Guess they haven't spoken past battle interactions, leaving things in the air. There is a hesitation that lingers on her lips even as she speaks, patting the side before shifting to sit on her own bed. "Yeah," She begins, words stiff and on shaky waters more than anything.

"I guess it would make sense if I was a nurse in another life... You should be good till you book in with a doctor at a nearby clinic." What should she say? There's tension, clearly, but she's at a loss of how to proceed with this.

It's not the most absurd thing that one of them has cooked up - when left to their own devices the S.T.A.R's are an exceptionally creative bunch. Though it doesn't mean he spares her the low groan of displeasure he bestows anytime that one of them get's the clever idea of sharing it.

And not give him a headache, though he keeps that point to himself.

It had been awhile since the events had happened in Spain, where of course she had saved Leon's his life and okay she admit he also saved her life. Was this a constant thing they have, somehow in her Ada ways she did keep track on where Leon his whereabouts are. Standing from a distance looking at in what kind of situation he got himself into this time. Once she shot whatever it was attacked him, and it killed the 'monster' Ada walked towards him, you could hear her heels clicking on on the street as she looked down to him. "We don't need to make this a habit." The woman said when putting her gun away, as she was still just hovering over him, instead of helping stand back up to his feet.

She then stuck out her hand to eventually help him up. Tilting her head to a side. "Can't keep saving your ass, Leon." Ada said while she turned around ready to walk away when she then stopped walking when she was about to, as she slowly turned around to face him. "In what kind of mess did you get yourself into this time?"

"Well, I'm bored." Leon said, getting up from the castle window, and dusting his gloves off. "I think it's time maybe for me to kiss you, and make things more interesting around here. What do you think, Daniela?"

Daniela laughed, amused by his words. "Bold, very bold." The redhead replied, her eyes still focused on her book. "I may allow a kiss on the cheek. But only because you're one of the cuter man-things in this village."

She did point out a few times to him her guts reaction but then chalked it up to being a new mother and Barry being an officer.
