I've changed position of my table saw and outfeed table so I thought I'd make this state of the shop post. This diagonal setup allows me to cut bigger stock in my rather small shop. Apart from the necessary evil in form of white shelves in the making my shop looks pretty neat. I cleaned up and there's just one project on the workbench. I’m so happy with how my combo outfeed/assembly table came out! Here I’m using the MFT style end for assembling some drawers, I have all my systainers on drawer slides down both sides. I’ve got a vintage Record quick release vise on the side. It has a catch area here on the end and storage pockets along the sides and the whole thing is mobile! Made some good progress on my table saw outfeed workbench👌 I got my table saw installed and cut some slots for the fence rails. I also had an idea for a pull out drawer mechanism for the my planer. This is what I came up with (3rd pic) still needs some magnets to hold the supports back but im not sure if I really like it yet 🤷‍♂️ although it is very strong. Breaking down plywood for an outfeed table. When we moved a little over a year ago, one of the (well, my) requirements was to have more shop space. My old shop was about 1/3 the size of the new one and couldn’t accommodate any kind of outfeed table. I love this little @portercable worm drive trim saw for breaking down plywood.
