I haven’t been blogging much but Little One is talking in simple sentences now. Mostly about pigeons. He LOVES pigeons and keeps trying to catch one to be “my own a pigeon”. (He’s overregularized adding articles to things, so “catch a pigeon” becomes that.)

Top 3 reasons why all women should be Watching The L Word
die-hard fans of popular Showtime drama The L Word are waiting patiently for season 4 in the first series to air on January 7. The L Word follows a group of lesbians in Los Angeles and their friends and lovers in their search for love while trying to develop a successful career at the same time. I was a big fan of The L Word since I rented the entire first season after it was released on DVD. And I am a heterosexual woman. Here are my top 3 reasons why all women should be watching The L Word, regardless of sex or age (provided you are aged over 17). 1. Fans of The L Word mourned the beloved character last season when Dana died of breast cancer at the age of 32 years. After the episode in which she passed, The L Word has circulated a short memory character Dana, interviews with cast and crew of The L Word, and yielded important information about breast cancer. Fact of the matter is, if older women are at increased risk of breast cancer, the disease can strike anyone regardless of health or age. Dana was an athlete character on The L Word, a professional tennis player who has eaten well and exercised regularly, which did not save her from breast cancer or to die. I'm sure all women have heard this before, but the best chance of defeating breast cancer include early detection. Conduct regular breast self-examination from your 20 and begin having clinical breast exams by a professional every three years. Women's age 40 and older should undergo annual mammography to help detect breast cancer at an early stage. The L Word is not only a show about lesbians, he draws attention to women issues.2 serious. The L Word explores other kinds of sexuality beyond homosexuality. The main character is Alice, who describes himself as bisexual, and newcomer Max / Moira is a cheerful woman beginning of the transition to becoming a man. Even Tina, half of the leader, certainly far from being couple Bette and Tina, was a heterosexual before the meeting of Bette and is currently dating a man on the show. If you are fairly ignorant of the differences in sexuality in women, The L Word can help you navigate through the confusion. This is especially useful if you happen to have a homosexual, bisexual or transgender friend that you can not seem to relate to more. The L Word draws attention to the fact that whatever your sexual orientation, all women going through the same pain, loss, grief and happiness.3. Sexuality aside, The L Word takes a look at some of the problems all women may have faced at one time or another, including the fight for respect in the workplace, the adultery, self-confidence and commitment. These issues transcend sexuality and gender. Fans of The L Word Bette looked to face the problems of control that his relationship with Tina and she unravels the struggles for professional success. We saw many Alice with grief after losing their break Dana, and we still sympathized with her, even if some of the things she has probably prosecuted. And fans of The L Word saw Shane take the leap into a committed relationship with Carmen, than leaving the altar at the end of Season 3. All women are struggling with similar problems in the quest for identity. Just because the L Word girls happen to be lesbians does not mean that all women can not relate to what happens in their worlds.Because Offers L Word with such important issues for all women, regardless of sexuality is essential to watch a show. The L Word has always broken the tradition and explored very controversial subjects, which makes the spectacle even more important to look at a time when gay marriage is one of the most important civil rights of our time . Tune in on January 7 to see the season 4 premiere of The L Word and why the show should be watched by all women.

Special K Diet - How Special is Kellogg's Special K diet?
I called a friend of mine who is the head coach in a football team Big East and we talked about how his team of football coaches special teams., These are some of the comments made during that interview. One of the first things that I want to do is to let children know that there are areas where we can reach certain goals on special teams. Clearly, the experienced players want to be special teams. Want to touch the football. But the question is how do you draw the interest of the other players in the squad that touches the football? How do you keep the left point to address the team most interested in? We came up with an award for special team player of the year based on a points system. We went out and got the biggest trophy we have found. It is about three meters in height. We wanted to get the biggest trophy and gaudiest we found. We wanted our players to see the trophy every day. The trophy has cost us about $ 100. The bang for our dollars came from the fact that we have seen our children change their attitude about how he could win the special teams player of the 'year. If you are going to point out something that should give gamers a carrot, and we did it with the trophy. In our team room we have three distinct goals and objectives are displayed banner. The banners are 12 meters wide and eight feet high. They are important in our team room. When you walk into our room team is unmistakable that we have special team goals, team goals offensive, defensive and team goals. Let me go beyond the objectives of our special team Win Better than average field position after kickoff of opponent average net points better opponent scores or set up a score giving the offense the ball at least one time on the plus-50-yard line Never give the opponent the ball on our side of the line perfect 50-yard run on the holds, locks, and security sphere have at least a game breaker - Evaluation, blocking a punt, a kick block, retrieve a football-game Case a turnover, recovering a turnover, down a punt inside the 10 yard line, 60 yards of field position change No penalties Winning the hidden-yardage game - kickoff - back to kick off - point - point Return first is to win. This is our first objective. The reason you try to stay away from numbers on the net punt average was the fact there are many obstacles that could prevent us from achieving these goals. If we have someone who kicks the ball into the end zone or is there a penalty kick after kick, you can shrink the numbers for the best kickoffs for opponents. What we want is the media. The same goes for having a better average punt return of our opponents. If you break down the film, is the special team set up a lot of your scores. And a lot of times coaches do not even talk about that point. You do not build the creditability in your special teams. You tend to lose his perspective. We want to give the ball to our offense at least once on the line, more than 50 yards. There are several ways to make this happen. It could be a pressure point, or on any of our kickoffs. We want our guys to understand what we want in this regard. When we had all the numbers are goals, how to get the ball on the 25-yard line, or return the ball 25 yards, do not remember those things. On the other hand, we do not want to give our opponent the ball on our side of the ball. We want to have a perfect execution on every special team games. We want to have at least one switch game. The only point here that we think is great is to down a punt inside his 10-yard line. For us, it's a game breaker. If you do the job on defense will probably set up a score or get into a situation of potential score. All these are great goals. But the goal that we work on more than any other is the ultimate goal: to win the game hidden yardage. I would categorize hidden yardage. Here we are talking about the kickoff, kickoff return, pounds, and punt returns. We use the line 25 yards on kickoff returns and net of 35 yards on punts and calculate the yards. Let me give you an example. If we have a team that kicks the ball out of the end zone on us, it means that starts the ball in play from the 20-yard line. This means that we are at least 5 meters in the yards of hidden against our opponents. Conversely, if we had a kickoff that we are back to the 50-yard line, we would have a plus 25 yards on the hidden yardage. We do the same thing on punts. We use 35 as the magic number. If we had a punt that netted 50 yards, we'd be more than 15 yards in hidden yardage. If you keep track of these hidden sites, will make the difference in victory and defeat. These numbers are going to come back to you better than some of the other numbers you can throw at your players when you put on your goals. You want to make sure that when the players left the meeting that they know what is hidden yardage. If you can get your players to understand hidden yardage, you're going to win a lot of battles. We want to put some goals in competitive special teams, so we got to the point of a graph production. Points on the graph we have team and individual points. We believe it is important if you are on a particular group to have a chance to earn points on special teams. Our long snapper came within four points of winning the award this year. The guard was left in the top three teams for a special prize. So we have points of team that we take for Punt and extra point as well as individual points. If we do this qualified players will run away with the prize. TEAM POINTS - (10) score to block a punt block a kick Recovering an onside kick fake successful TEAM POINTS (3) Stop down a fake punt into a 10-yard-line TEAM ITEMS (2) return to Kickoff Punt return yards, plus 30 more points each 10 meters (10) Case Get a sales turnover of 60-yard field position of each point (5) Change Involved in Game winning field goal 15 plays or more individual items (3) De-cleater Tackle key block on the return exceptional effort 4.0 hang time on kickoff touchback or 4.5 time the hand on the punt of 40 yards or net fair catch with each point (2) Assist individuals facing Point (1) do the job on every game on special teams for the award of the Victoria. The coach who is responsible for the team in particular that the quality of the film. There is some flexibility in the system and have negative points. If you receive a penalty unless you get 5 points. On any missed assignment is received less than 5 points. The boys are going to see the chart on Sunday. This is the first thing we said in our team meeting. We have a chart in our room team. You can see how we can chart player every week. On the left side of the chart that we have all the players listed. We liked the film and give players the points you earn in each area. On the left side of the chart are the team and on the right side of the graph are the individual points. Even on the outside right of the graph we have total points of the players' for the last game. I think it's important to have this information displayed in the locker room so the children can see how they are classified in special teams. We are trying to build some ownership in this team. This table will help you build your case for special teams. We have another chart which keep a running total of all games. Each week the children can see where you rate on the card. They can come to know that our meeting a number of points accumulated from the previous game or knowing he has lost a number of points. We think that the chart is good because children can see their position game after game. This system really works for us. It keeps our kids motivated every week on the charts special teams to win the trophy! For additional information about football coaching special teams go to the website listed below.
