Hey hi there!

Just got out of Lucas oil stadium after another fabulous show. Unfortunately our night kept getting worse and worse because of rude and incompetent security.

None of them were on the same page for the safety protocols about people crowding the aisles during the show.

The most upsetting part was when we first arrived at our seats (after a terribly long and disorganized process of entering the stadium through the basement only to be told there was no food, bathrooms, or an accessible elevator)

We sat section p in Minneapolis and loved it so much so we worked really hard to get the same seats. The seats are right on the bstage barricade. However when we arrived the area was already flooded with people “claiming their spot” at the barricade which was directly next to our seats. We never even had a chance to move closer. Despite it being two feet from us. At other shows the security made it very clear that people can’t crowd the aisles while the show is happening until she comes to the bstage.

My friend talked to various security guard members because it just seemed like there might have been a miscommunication with the people working the bstage. We were promised they would come over and fix the situation aka make sure people were in the actual seats they payed for. This was during Charli XCX. Nobody came. Nobody told anyone to move. And then Taylor came on so we just accepted it wasn’t happening.

The floor is not general admission. The seat prices are not all equal. We payed to have close seats while people who payed less got to have our spots. If I had known it would be a free for all, I could’ve saved a lot of money buying different floor seats way in the back instead of the bstage barricade ones and just stood there the whole time anyways.

I really hate to complain. I know how fortunate I am to have rep tour Indy be my fourth show and most likely my final rep tour show (I have wanted to go to Arlington and after tonight I feel like I really need to so I can have a better final experience). It was hard to see people around me getting upset with the seating because they were deceived. The map on ticketmaster was far from accurate which is unfortunate because people like to buy very specific seats.

My friend payed for very expensive seats in one of the front sections and when she tried to get back to her seats after Taylor with us, another patron yelled at her and wouldn’t let her in. There were no security around to handle the situation. Sadly she came back to us crying because the whole experience was so distressing.

I love the reputation tour. I have had so many amazing moments. But tonight we did not feel safe in this stadium. It was a disorganized mad house, we were disrespected by employees, and no assistance was given to us when needed.

I know how seriously you take security. And I respect the rules in order to keep people and Taylor safe. While waiting outside the stadium I saw several bomb squad officers and although that made me a little uneasy at first, it just confirmed that I knew you guys do everything to keep us safe. Sadly once we got inside it was a completely different story.

I enjoyed the show but it was much harder to enjoy knowing all the things we were looking forward to got taken away just because of relaxed security.

Oh and on top of all of that, my car got hit by another car in the parking lot, there was like a total of one water fountain in the whole stadium. We had to walk circles and circles to find it.

I want you to know how much I appreciate you and I know Taylor would be upset to know this was all going on while she gave us a wonderful performance.

Hi @taylorswift !! My sister, Laura, and I decided to film each song from reputation while we drove! It was so hard to pick only small parts of each song, but we picked our favorites! My sister lives in NYC and I live in Nashville so when we're together we love to jam out to Reputation in the car!! We started going to your shows together since the Speak Now World Tour. Our last show together was in October 2016 in Austin, Texas. It was our graduation present and we had the time of our lives!! We both love you so much and can't wait to see you on tour! INDY QUESTION

🎟I’m trying to buy different tickets for Saturday because I now want to be on the floor again. On sites like stub hub there are a few seats available in section p and k (by the bstages) which is where I’d ideally like to be.

🎟On the Ticketmaster map those sections only have 9 rows but there are tickets listed for rows 10,11,12,13 and 14 on stubhub. Does anyone know which site is correct and which site is wrong?

🎟Also if anyone still needs Indy tickets we’re selling our section 241 row 2 tickets for 249 each. Please let me know ASAP
